@arbroathbill The Wellington has a special access ramp for Old Gits like yourself. Me and Rossco won't need to carry you up the steps and in to a seat.

Do away fans get into the Bar at Balmoral Stadium?
If not, is there anywhere else close to the ground. I know of The Wellington (not sure if away fans go there or not)

There aren't any pubs on the way to ground really but popular places in the city () centre before heading out to the ground include Platform 8 next to the station and Auctioneers (both standard Belhaven type offerings), the Black Isle Bar (does good pizza and great for the kind of folk who feel the need to Tweet about what the are drinking) and there's a standard Spoons not far from there. Oh, and The Keg as well. All pretty central so get a drink and some food and hop in a taxi to get you down to the ground or it's a 20 to 30 minute walk.
Alternatively, head over the river to the Caley Club where there is also a bus to / from the game for a few quid. Thanks,
Sure we will manage to a few of them before the game. Much appreciated.

Stop bringing youth football into things ffs as if it's a big thing this isn't a youth forum.
Kilsyth Rangers have a proud football in MENS junior non league football. That is what they are and what the community know and have got behind in times gone past and present day.
You place far to much on boys football in relation to junior football.
Junior football and all of non league football to be successful is down to signing the experience and talent you can for money you have. If a club decide to have a youth team fair enough it's a small added bonus if any players make it to a regular in 1st team again another bonus.
To castigate a club who were founded to be a MENS football team is bang out of order all because you are involved in youth football give it a rest!
This is what is wrong with a lot of people throwing about term dinosaur all because they don't agree with the view you have. Stick to running a boys team and let club committees do what is right for them without being branded something that doesn't even mean anything in the real world.
Yawn...….. your patter is pish.
Very few people ever agree with anything you say, you're just here to get reactions off people by disagreeing with everything they say. Go and troll somewhere else, as you are just getting boring posting your junior this, junior that repertoire. The Juniors were once great, now it is coming to an end thru bad management and self preservation, WOSL is the way forward, they teams are no longer Junior teams, get over it. Any BOYS team that has got where they are is through merit and deserve to be exactly where they are, as do any team who have either performed well or underperformed over the past years.

f**k sake mate it's vale of clyde no real Madrid. Think you need to realise it's lower league non league junior football. Btw no slight on vale of clyde but someone needs to give you a nudge to the reality!
Will you and your numerous aliases f**k off (how many do have now), let people have a conversations without posting your constant negative pish on every thread using your aliases.
For your information it won't be lower non league junior football any more...……

I asked the question nicely.
What's it to him?
His club has never accepted that they were Juniors, and they couldn't wait to leave the Association that gave them a lifeline. So they've decided to leave the Juniors? Who cares? I don't think anyone in the Juniors does. So why do they care so much about what they're leaving? Scared they've made the wrong decision?Irrelevent, he asked a question to everybody (those leaving the juniors), which required a simple answer.
Other people do care and might want to answer his question, you too could have wrote something nice and answered it as a mature adult (???)
Yes I agree with the fact the juniors gave them a lifeline but after what happened to them I'd want back to where I was too.
Again it was a simple question..............................

Mon the papersWhat's it to you?
Beenz,
I've been following this forum for months as I'm interested and care about the pyramid and what happens to Scottish Football and also enjoy the banter from the majority of punters in here. I don't post a lot, but I do read nearly everything and just wanted you to know you just come across as an utter condencending twat (feel free to report me).
Paassbackdave has asked a simple question, try answering the question, it was asked nicely.
All your posts just seem to try to put people down and belittle them, does this make you feel like a big man?

Statement – Pyramid Update

The latest update regarding the Pyramid application process
In line with the previous statements and timetable, the process surrounding the making of a formal application to join the Pyramid via the new West of Scotland Football League (WoSFL) proposed by the Scottish Lowland Football League (SLFL), East of Scotland Football League (EoSFL) and now also the South of Scotland Football League (SoSFL) is below.
To date 51 expressions of interest have been received from various grades of football. Those Clubs will now be invited to an information meeting on Thursday 12 March to hear in more detail what the application process will look like. This will include the minimum qualification standards (including the ground criteria based on the EoSFL model), the governance arrangements, the administration support available, the options for the structure of the new league and the completion of the form itself. The application forms will be sent to the 51 Clubs along with the invitation to the meeting, and will also be made available to any other Club on request. The completed forms will be treated in strictest confidence. Clubs are encouraged to send any questions they have to geo_fraser@hotmail.co.uk by Wednesday 11 March so the meeting can be as informative as possible. Questions on the night will also be encouraged. The idea is to give the Clubs as much information as possible to inform their decision-making process. Due to numbers expected, each Club will be invited to send one registered official to the meeting.
As previously stated, the deadline for completion for all of the forms is Tuesday 31 March. The next again step will be to hold a further meeting for all Clubs whose application has been accepted. That meeting will cover in more detail what the set-up of the new League will look like (depending on the number of applications received and accepted) and also the plans to create an administration for the League. That meeting will be arranged for April.
Issued:
George Fraser (Chairperson SLFL), John Greenhorn (Chairperson EoSFL), Colin Holden (President SoSFL)
All 3 relevant decision making organisations are now present, how can the the WRJFA/SJFA still think they can form a league and get into the pyramid.

The above lines say it all

We should all be playing under one system, the pyramid is the future. It might be flawed at times but it will get there in the end. If teams want to progress and improve then this is the way forward for them. The West need to move asap and open up new opportunities for themselves as the east has done.
