    aii last season???yous have lost to esv and sandys this season already cos of that yous have shat the bed and ran a mile cos you no yous would win nout in leafa doesnt matter what pitch you had to play at thats a shit excuse yous bottled it pure and simple when its no going your way

    Well lads I will confirm before all the clowns start posting c p United have called it a day in leafa, we where never going to be able to complete the season with the whole pitch fiasco t b h. We burst our balls trying to get another let but it was too late in the day saturdays would have been ok but we had literally zero options for midweek parks moving on later in the season. Letting other teams play in Cumbernauld and still not letting us just proved it all also. Thanks to the few teams that we battled with over the last 6/8 weeks it was fun well it lasted.

    Best of luck to sandies in the east just keep it away from fallin lol [emoji6][emoji6]

    We will now move on to bigger and better things to be announced soon

    Oh well it looks like 20 away games for us this year. I suppose it will be all the sweeter if we win anything knowing that teams are scared to play us on our own park. I think there is 9/10 teams play out with post code but we are different ha ha

    Absolute shambles but we will carry on.

    Best of luck to each and every team in the association for the season ahead. I hope you all have a good healthy season and have fun guys that’s what it’s all about, the banter and fun.

     

    We are working hard trying to rectify this mess with a park. We notified the committee 6 weeks ago and no one told us until after the vote that we can’t play L K so time will tell how it ends up. I personally find it flattering that teams don’t want to play is on a 4g Park like any other closer than a lot of other parks but hey that’s football. We will be bent but not broken

    Looks like LEAFA are trying to fold CP UNITED before a ball is even kicked  if it's all true then it's  a disgrace from what I've been told the committee from LEAFA contacted teams telling then what was happening and pronpting there voting process guys at the top should be ashamed David Ramage and Chris Lowerie  didn't think you guys would stoop so low just shows how you never really know people defiantly won't think same of you guys again . So much for fair play and promoting the game there park his 30 mins from Edinburgh a journey teams wld need to make once possibly twice a year totally stinks from all involved 


    I must be honest I am gobsmacked at this being the case I have had many dealings with David Ramage in the past and the guy has always been a gentlemen but if you say there are teams saying this then Wal.

    I can assure you of one thing though we will not be folding this has just made us all even more determined. We would have had no issue if with this as long as the league would have told us we will now be taking legal advice and going to safa mainly regarding the timing of the whole thing.

    Just spoke to my mate a believe all the member clubs voted on it if that's true a think it's a joke craigswood is a shite hole compared to LK galaxy in grangemouth well done to all the club's who voted on this fucking idiot's the lot of yous 
     

    They voted on new clubs very strange t b h we will be taking advice on where go now as craigswood ain’t an option now. Why they wait until this stage to shaft us is laughable t b h

    Cool. Interesting times. Credit to you for winning the East.  
    I recall Lithgae Thistle beating you in a Christmas friendly. Some crowd that night. Would’ve been good to see a competitive rematch in LEAFA next season in the Premier. Pity they’re going Junior. Would’ve been tasty with the history between the sides in management and players.


    We have been beaten by a few teams from league in past mate some great battles. The one with Linlithgow we where missing players ha ha that’s what I tell our manager who was there manager then. I am sure our players will love being apart of the new venture and having many more battles with teams a lot if them have friends in

    I havent accused u's of anything, just calling it how I see it. U cant deny that u's have took an easy option here? 
    Next ull be telling us that Craigshill asked u's to join up with them!!
    Lastly , any truth in the rumour CP Utd will have a 40000 grand budget to win the Scottish in there 1st season?

    Yeah 100% agree with you on that. 
    Why would u not want to play in a league that is competitive.
    Thats not quite the bigger picture though. The big picture is that the league they are joining now is there 4th choice and theyve got in with no regard to the other teams in the lower divisions.  So all this cant wait to get started talk is all a bit false imo. 
    Why no go in as Pennies and put in the hard graft to get to the top and really achieve something? 
     



    We have stepped on from a league that we have dominated since we started such a shame you couldn’t do the same eh.

    What will you seriously do when the season starts and you can’t accuse pennies of this and that. I will walk away a happy man knowing we dominated when we finished up and you never beat us [emoji6][emoji6][emoji6]

    I think a lot of yous are missing the bigger picture here. Whether or not they got into the premier 'through the back door' or 'sneakily' is irrelevant. They are here and they are part of our association. I think they will give Leafa a lot more credibility in the Scottish going forward. It's well known teams from the west disregard our league and believe they are streets ahead of any of the best Leafa has, which maybe has been proven with their dominance of the Scottish in recent years. I believe the better teams we can get in the top division  the more competition it creates and it makes players better. It also entices other players from maybe the EOS leagues into our amateur game. Giving Leafa a better chance of going further in the big one. I think Phildo should've took the offer of taking over Salvie for Lothian vale. They wouldve been a great addition to the premier as well. Sandy's, Tollcross, CP United (Pennies haha), Meadowbank, and couldve been Lothian vale, I better mention Tranent as well lol. Can you imagine the competition there? Not to mention the likes of Danderhall and Esv!!! What a cracking premier league we are gonna have next year. And that is the bigger picture.

    Pennies have shat all over the SAFL here, only league who took a chance on them and this is the thanks they get.


    Pennies have not shat over anyone we where assures the league reconstruction was happening we would not have had a team to play in the bottom league our players where all leaving hence why Allan walker heads to craigshill

    Some do, I have absolutely no reason to doubt this one though.
    Im not one to make silly accusations, I speak the truth give honest views and opinions on all things good or bad.


    Speak the truth then and give us a laugh with the player’s name as it’s complete lies. Pennies previously signed a guy who has played senior and everyone screamed we must be paying him but then he leaves and goes to teams like stenny and dunipace ams but it’s only pennies who paid him it’s laughable. The pennies player sell a £10 tote sheet every week just the same as any other club. The club takes care of the lads they all get treated well give all the kit and we have always tried our best to go that little bit further and be as professional as we can getting our own changing rooms etc. Pennies singed 3 kids from under 21s last year suppose they would been for big money also.

    This is not an sneaky move by pennies going straight into the premier as others have stated we are all heading to craihshill to become one. We have done nothing wrong and can’t wait to get started.

    What happened to the move to safl ?. Starting at the bottom or carry on in craigshill position?

    We will be joining craigshill in the leafa it is basically our manager and players heading to them with a name change. The club will play in leafa premier. Pennies where all set to safl but the vote against reconstruction killed that idea. We can’t thank them enough as they wanted us and are a great committee the most professional one we have had to deal with so far anyway
