Gutted he’s away but not surprised. Guess I’ll have to find a new profile picture
Just keep the picture but change the strip. Confuse the f**k out of everyone.
Good luck to big Rocky, sad to see him go.

You cannot have quality players and cover in every position with the budget at the club's disposal. If McKinnon wants quality in the first team then he will have to sacrifice squad depth to do so - and back-up keeper is a prime candidate for that.
Another exercise in delusional thinking from the forum's resident fantasist and racist then.
A complete hypocrite , given your own shameful record of backing up your racist mate.
I can understand , to an extent, your exhibition of repetitive behaviour (which is there for all to see) ... But to keep harking on about ONE alleged incident while you continue to support a serial offender is completely bizarre. Dr strange indeed.

You keep going on about this ONE alleged post. Conveniently forgetting that you showed your true colours when your associate ( guilty of scores of racist , homophobic posts and other forms of offensive material) was reported to the .org mods. You thought it was a good idea to pursue an anti grass campaign.
Like yer mate toby you expose yourself as a supporter of such behaviour and a grade A hypocrite . Keep up the good work.

Good move making season tickets £199 when we don’t know who will be the manager next season.
Regardless... it' s good to see the club showing some enterprise and forward planning.
That is surely seaside league pricing.
Uh oh.

Quite a lot of ton fans were dubious when we signed Harkins but few could argue that he ended the season as our POTY. In addition to his silky side he' s not shy to put the boot in and dispossess players - leading to the other players naming him the teams 'hard man' in the official site's interviews. (Not a side of him i was aware of previously) Hopefully he stays fit and injury free for Queens.
Thanks for the season, jeebs, all the best for the future.

You have to wonder who is now calling the shots. When the news of Duffy's departure broke on Friday by Tam McManus on Twitter he mentioned quite clearly the Easdales not happy with Duffy.
Whoever gave McManus the information must have quite specifically mentioned the Easdale's rather than the Rae's. In the end up Duffy walked as McManus said he would. So he seems to have received good information from someone most definitely in the know. That would indicate the Easdale's now have massive influence at Cappielow already.
Will they have a say in who succeeds Duffy or actually pick his successor? If it has got to that stage then the Rae's should move aside and let them get on with it
Hopefully all will be revealed soon Col. Interesting point about McManus tweet - which was rubbished by JD. Maybe he had no intention of walking right enough, and the decision was made for him. ( by whoever)

First off... has there been any mention of Tam Oware going to Hertz ?
're the board changes... I'll be very interested to hear Crawford's statement. He's had over a decade to pipe up with some form of statement of intent. Is he off the leash now... or is it just a load of twaddle to keep the discontent at bay ?
The Raes have done their bit. Time for new blood.

Where Ayr end up will have no bearing on how regularly I pop in to see how well you lot are doing at boosting each others tiny egos.
At least you've managed to dish out reds against me and have the balls to post at the same time, that'll be 2 reds while posting against dozens while hiding behind others endeavours, old habits 'n' aw that.
Another poster who' sussed out Toby as a leader of the infamous red dot gang
There' a more sinister side to him and his 'cabal of fannies 'which will undoubtedly catch up with them.

So, you’ll be stepping up and providing evidence for your allegations of racism, then?
Or will you do just as Rudolph has done and make the claim with nothing to back it up?
Given that only one of us openly lauded the contribution of a poster who used racism, sectarianism, homophobia and paedophilia in order to get their bites, I’d suggest that people in glass houses shouldn’t be throwing stones.
Offended by everything, ashamed of nothing.
And you of course will provide evidence of me 'lauding ' any such behaviour. You keep banging on about ONE post allegedly made by a guy who no longer posts on the Morton forum... meanwhile supporting your mate who made scores of offensive posts about Asians, Eastern Europeans, and others not to mention homophobic content.
When your mate was reported to the mods on one occasion you went on a continuing campaign of harassment - railing against ' grasses'.
You'r e a great one for abusing folk and labelling them hypocrites, when you are the biggest hypocrite of all.
You go on about grasses ad nauseam when you, yourself have a humph on your back, carrying tales to the mods about others behaviour.

Whilst you fail to grasp the concept of a tongue in cheek remark in response to our spoon burning friend’s assessment of me. Now, any evidence to support your claims that what I said about the Liverpool fans was so out of order?
Or are you going to continue to just make things up and dance round the subject?
No, the fact is you ARE a twisted and racist wee rat and more people are coming to realise that. Which isn't particularly good news for you I hope. You are also a wannabe bully. Typical weasel hiding behind your wee group of dysfunctional pals. Some of your posts on . Org were indeed vile.

Being a wrestling fan is a red card offence.
A wrestling analogy isn' t too far off the mark - and the Raes have been writing the script for years. This season we were fake contenders for a top 4 place even though, according to the manager, we were facing goliath like teams every week. For a decent period we looked like we could overcome all these obstacles and take the season to a grandstand finish... before getting knocked senseless in the latter part of the contest - and getting carried out the ring feet first, faces awash with fake blood.
The fact is, we were bit players and the board didn' t give the manager a tight enough script besides - stay in the championship show , and get us a wee run in a cup. And the manager has (partially ) delivered in the midst of his two year deal.
The manager has been discredited in the eyes of the fans, but the truth is, we need a new script writer.

You don’t really though. What you actually do is whine about me and grass to the mods over there because your definition of racism and prejudice only applies to my mates but not to those that we don’t like.
The world will be a far better place when that auld c*nt is no longer on it. Whilst I’ll celebrate with a pint, I’d suggest that it’ll bring relief to many good folk who haven’t deserved his campaign of hate for the best part of a decade.
Nobody outwith your wee circle of weirdos is really interested in your pity. I’d suggest extending it to your wee mate that’s following the moderators around rather than myself.
I have no idea who branch ton is or who the fellow members of my weird wee circle are . It' all in your twisted mind. I don't condone harassment or bullying online or anywhere. That' why I have no time for you and your clique. As I've said before... in all the years on these boards I've ONCE reported a post (from you racist mate) and have had to put up with your pish ever since. The reason the morton forum is a ghost town is largely due to you and your dysfunctional friends turning every thread to shit. Must be Pwoud

I too hope the advertising revenue is put into the Hypothermia Kitty.
Hilarious that he went to that much trouble on a football forum.
So says the sad sac repeatedly wishing death on a former poster. You've got some major issues going on. I actually pity you...

I thought Iredale looked fine at centre half against Livi before going out on loan.
Forgot about him playing V Livi. For some reason I've been fortunate enough to miss the Livi games so far. We must be due something off those ***** on Tuesday .

I never read any such dismissal of Iredale.
5 hours ago, Jamie_M said:The Iredale comparison doesn't fit here and is unfair.
That whole transfer was built on even Duffy saying he wasn't sure if Iredale was up to it at this level hence being signed and farmed out to see how far we can take him.
Unlike Strapp, there weren't exactly rave reviews coming back during his loan.
Add to that not a single person was judging him on the position he has gone on to do well at.
Agree that dismissing him might be a bit strong but there was a kind of expectation that we could free up a wage after his return from QP. We had only really seen him against (Edinburgh City ?) Where he looked quite good albeit against poor opposition. I was hoping that he would be kept on. Am I suggesting that I can spot a player ? (well I thought Tony Wallace was a prospect !) Anyway, that was my feeling from .org. and we have the quoted post on here... Iredale and Tiffoney FFS ! or words to the effect.
I think Baird will be good for us -given the injuries.

Exactly what I says in a different forum, the Harkins signing was supposedly an awful signing and was past it all that rubbish look how that's turned out
Aye. Harkins was seen as an underwhelming signing by most but he's been outstanding for most of the games he's played and offers a bit of dig in midfield which I didn't see coming tbh.
We are too quick to dismiss players. There was some talk of Iredale not being up to it following his loan to Queens Park and then..... Early days perhaps but he's done very well before joining the legion of injured players at Scapa.
Like the poster above said - we can only hope a therapy session with Duffy can induce a purple patch from Baird. I'm relatively optimistic about this one.

Seemed ok with us. He was only brought in for back up in midfield once everyone was fit but he did well whenever called upon. I was annoyed we'd let him go in all honesty.
Agreed. He played (out of position) at the back for us and in his natural midfield role. Ithought he would have been a decent back up option. I wondered if something had happened to hasten his departure because it was fairly unexpected i thought. Should do well at east fife

Not to mention the numerous puppet accounts you created to dish out even more reds. Yet you still bump your gums when you get some back. What a pathetic w**k you are

Russell looks delighted that big Iredale has scored a screamer!
Unfortunately for him, Jack has came in and seemingly secured that left back position within 2 games.
He has been our first choice left for the last 3 1/2 seasons but perhaps Iredale coming in is the kick up the arse Russell needs as he has failed to kick on from the early promise he showed a couple of seasons back. He still has the potential to be a good player for us but will be interesting to see how he reacts to Iredale taking his position.
Classic case of a picture painting a thousand words. Good post.
Be interesting to see how we fare against dunfermline. The last two results have given Duffy a bit of breathing space and (unfortunately) may reinforce his make do approach to the squad.

You must be a hardy lot sitting in that area in the picture.
Not really - it's for the away fans. The heated cushions were in the laundry that particular day. The retractable roof is just out of shot (under the main stand) That picture doesn't do the stadium justice I think they were trying to make the strip look glamorous by comparison.
Personally the strip is growing on me... it's a slow burner.

On to different matters, does anyone know why the away end in the Shed isn’t being used? Another waste of money from Morton and they may as well put the segregation barrier into storage along with the roof and seats we bought a few years back from our good friends down the road.
I believe the united fans will be in the shed tomorrow.
Having said this... I can see nothing to this effect on the Morton or Utd sites. So maybe not happening ?

The Falkirk FC Thread

Was quite enjoying this thread with all the debate about your board etc ( up until the horrible twist at the end of the plot obviously) All I have to say is that your board has carried out a surgical double strike in getting rid of wee pudgy and bringing in the manager from joint top of the league for which they should be commended. They have totally swammied our board ... particularly if there's no compo. It simply confirms that the GMFC board are the imosters here ( and that Ray who may well be a decent manager, is also a duplicitous rodent.
Looking forward to our first meeting at Cappielow. Suspect that Ray will be bringing a flask for his half time cuppa.
PS can we now borrow that list of diddy managers from a few pages back. Conveniently Duffy is somehow missing from it.
Madness !
