Calm down. The squad is not good enough and that's nothing to do with DI. We don't know exactly what has been said or what happened so no point in all the conjecture. Marsh has a history of this, I am all for stern management if required, he has been in the defence that lost 4 on tuesday and 3 at penicuik so to say collapse cause he was dropped doesn't really hold up.

We need to make sure we stay up and get rid of the dead wood of which there is plenty.

Also send Dykes back to Morton, an absolute waste of a jersey.

    Spot on.

I didn't think Cove Rangers were awful at all - I thought they generally played well and forced Graeme Smith into a couple of great saves and, as mentioned earlier, if Mitch Megginson had put that chance away just before the interval it would have been a different story. They were just rotten at the most inopportune moments and Stenhousemuir took full advantage. I do think the Warriors narrowly deserved the win, right enough. We defended well, tried to play the ball through Thomas Halleran, Wullie Gibson and Alan Cook, and exploited a creaky defender and rubbish goalie.

I thought we were going to get battered after losing the early goal but fair play to the team for rallying. We would probably have lost that about 5-0 under Colin McMenamin. Credit to Davie Irons, seven points from the last three games, including a win against the probable champions, is some doing.

From middle to front I thought Cove were excellent, however defensively especially the centre backs let them down!

Let’s have your predictions on next weekend’s L2 fixtures.

There’s some really enticing games. Perhaps the best week fixtures so far this season.

Can Cowden win 6 in a row and stop Edinburgh City in their tracks or will City, in great form, be triumphant.

Bottom of the league clash between Brechin and Stirling is massive so early in the season. Can Brechin keep the momentum going after a late winner against Elgin.

Elgin, who in my opinion are much better than their position shows in the league, go away to Albion. Tough game for the away side.

3 points for a correct score and 1 point for a correct result. Winner will get a shout out.

Here are my thoughts, which I must add normally aren’t worth the paper (or coupon) they are written on!

    Albion 1 Elgin 2

    Brechin 1 Stirling 0

    Cowdenbeath 1 Edinburgh 2

    Queens Park 2 Annan 0

    Stenhousemuir 0 Cove 3

    Albion 2 Elgin 0

    Brechin 1 Stirling 3

    Cowdenbeathn1 Edinburgh 1

    Queens Park 0 Annan 2

    Stenhousemuir 3 Cove 2

;Are we capable of winning two more games than Stranraer in six? Absolutely not. My mindset is we are down and anything above that is now a wild bonus in all honesty.

Does it hurt? Not particularly. I've seen far worse Warriors teams in my time.

I would rather have had the Falkirk game with a sprinkling of the Aberdeen game thrown in as opposed to that not happening and finishing 8th comfortably if given a choice. Who's going to remember another 8th place finish in 20 years time?

We are a small club with a smaller budget than most at this level we are always likely to fluctuate between the bottom two divisions.

However, if we finish bottom, I look forward to hearing from the board on the ultimate review of what happened to the talented young squad that should have been doing better, according to them when Bomber got sacked. 6 points off the top four at his departure. Now certainty for relegation and 16 points off of top four.

You should have attended the AGM last night . That's the place to hear the Board's view into why changes were made to the management team.
