  1. Players turn up in their kit,or change in their cars. They then go home to shower, taking their kit with them. Sure the referee and linesmen can sort themselves out as well. Fans are the 2m apart all around the ground, be sensible please ! Would you wear a mask to the game ? No need to use cramped changing rooms. Away clubs may have to hire a bigger bus to keep socially distanced, easy enough. Catering ? sure that can be worked out safely. If season starts in October, why can't you play midweek games straight away ?
So greenock down at kello, an hour and a half drive, pishing wet day, pitch is a bog, then drive back to greenock unwashed, then the following week you turn up and realise, oh shit Ave left ma shirt at home today, sorry coach no kit a can't play,
  2. Going by the Nithsdale twitter account they don’t seem to be struggling. Looks like majority of last seasons squad retained with 4/5 new faces added in.

Abbey vale and threave also been busy going by the twitter accounts.
Hearing today Sean mckenzie is away to Cumnock, that's a massive loss if correct , obviously a cash payment to nithsdale but take a bit of replacing
  3. We need to remember we're the new kids in town here, because we've entered this league doesn't give us some god given right to start interfering, my club kello could easily have applied to the Sosfl but didn't, and honestly we'd have finished pretty decent in it, last season we played friendly matches against Abbey Vale won 9-2 and nithsdale wanderers up 6-0 game got stopped after a bad injury to a player, but at the end of the day each team plays in a league to suit them, so let's stop the sosfl shouldn't get this or that, and play by the rules thats in place, if you didn't like the set up then you could have stayed where we were

  4. Problems will arise with the junior Cup, a can see it being played mostly midweek, as fixtures start to backlog with weather,as wosfl have already stated that league games take priority, imagine Cumnock away to Dyce, stoneyburn down to kello, on a weds night, your going to have wosfl, ejfa, Northern leagues all trying to align fixtures, it could become a shambles, then will the prize money be the same, sjfa won't have the same resources or pull with sponsorship for this tournament, I can see a large entry this season but it falling away quickly season after season as teams realise its losing its appeal

  5. Just to bring this up to tonight.
Interesting that two-thirds are from the Championship and League One. League Two clubs are still the quietest.
Pollok moving may help others to decide to go public after-all. Who knows?

  6. A can of whoopass has just been opened, think the sjfa may be thinking we'll if this is the last junior cup final we want the Talbot in it, or have they actually been sensible and thought we've sent out a directive saying not to shake hands, so we can't really then in force a team to play who have players showing flu like symptoms,, mmm good job it wasn't another foot n mouth outbreak

  7. Best of luck to everyone at Beith, the better team ran out 4-1 winners, a massive credit to both teams in horrendous conditions, must say kello gave Beith a few scares over the course of the match and the 4-1 scoreline slightly flattered Beith, but most definitely deserved there win, sadly a good wee day out was wasted by the young dafties who decided to batter the kello buses with eggs n stones after the match, resulting in a police escort out of Beith
