Hmmmm
Injustice is an incredible motivator.
Surely we can win now ...0 -
Surely we can at least get a draw now

Week 1- Brechin

Thought Crawford started the season really well out wide and then just turned terrible out wide and looked as though he didn’t know how to play there. He was then good and bad in the centre mid role for the rest of the season, I would rather we keep Crawford than let him go

Didn't think he looked that terrible at County- was he really that pish at you?
Was terrible first game of the season at Somerset0 -
Harsh on dykes, he isn’t a great goal scorer but a good player to have upfront if you play direct

Playing that team when we need goals
Aye you’d think he’d finally start 2 wingers when we need to win by 2 goals0 -
Shankland needs dropped now...actually it should've happened a while ago to be honest. Andy Murdoch isn't going to cut it on the right and i'd rather see Cadden or Forrest play there.
McCall’s to scared to drop Shankland and to scared to play 2 actual wingers0 -
Don’t see the big deal he’s an ayr player the now so should be professional enough to give 100% until he leaves Ayr.
Jones signed a pre contact with rangers and the killie fans didn’t want him to play again and he ended up scoring the winner v rangers which gave rangers less of a chance of challenging for the title1 -
Declin v Smith not much in it both like to attack but get caught out defensively often. The boy Smith final ball in to the box will have to really improve gets in to great positions I counted three times on Sat alone and couldn’t pick out a player and that’s why Hearts let him go.
Would take Devlin back in a heart beat but that won’t happen, spoken to his dad a few times he still comes now and then and I asked him who was he going to go to if not Walsall and he said Jack Ross at Stmirren, so watch this space for Sunderland.
I agree smith goes on good runs but his final ball isn’t good enough0 -
Murdoch should be in the middle of the park but if he’s put out on the right then it should only be away games
Home form just isn’t good enough to think we’ll still make the playoffs but no idea what position in the league we will finish0 -
I still think there’s a slight chance we could still finish 1st, if we can just keep winning and county can hit bad form, they’ve already lost their top scorer in McKay so won’t be easy for them and the fact they could have had the title won if they beat Dundee United and now there only 2 points clear the pressure is all on county

It's 12 off second, still achievable if we win our 3 home games in hand and went and beat them at Tannadice, bit of an ask though I think. Would be some achievement if we did pull it off considering where we are just now.
Dunfermline went on a winning run, Inverness are now on a good run and so are Dundee United so time for us to start winning each week. Still think we’ll make at least 4th0 -
I'm looking forward to Forrest's return. His two goals against Dunfermline earlier in the season feels like a lifetime ago now!
Think if Forrest was fit for the full season, he would easy be on at least double figures for goals0 -
Totally agree, QOS have lost their last 7 in a row and have a few selection problems, on the other hand we've got Forrest back, Shankland starting to look a bit fitter and hopefully this could be the perfect game to kick start our season.
Also, to add to the intrigue, Dunfermline play Dundee Utd today, so if things go our way we could be back to 2nd place or alternatively 6 points clear of Dunfermline or a draw would see us gain 2 points on both of them with us winning.
This COULD be the biggest game of our season for many reasons...............
Definitely a big game can’t afford to drop any points today, that’s if it’s on tbf0 -
It's all opinions, but in mine Bell up until a few weeks ago was one of our most solid and consistent performers and again in my opinion Rose looked a far more assured player with Bell alongside him.
I also find it rather bizarre that some of our fans have already written off our play off chances ??
I know it can be hard work at time supporting Ayr, however this is STILL one of our best ever seasons in the modern era and I think some folk should really get a grip !!!
We’re only 3 points behind 2nd, if we can manage to win 2 games in a row and try to go on a run of good form then I don’t see why we can’t finish 2nd0 -
Surely it’s time to try a new formation, 442 isn’t working anymore
