Thought it was a decent standard. Can't compare it to men's fitba but what everyone can do is give these girls our full support. Very proud of them especially that second half.

Well you want to hope so, but Honestly can't see that happening. Glasgow and central belt is there most likely place for upcoming players. St Mirren and Motherwell are creating good young talent at the minute

A lot of angst for the mention of Auchenshoogle Tablet on here. An indication that some of our senior friends are worried for their future with the West Juniors coming?. I can see the likes of Pollok, Linlithgow,Beith making an impact on the seniors at the detriment of certain others. As a Dumbarton fan I'm looking over my shoulder.

Agree, I would give him space and get the media to back off until he's found his feet at leastReally hope so but I've been there way too many times before. A 'should be a comfortable win' ends up being a horrible performance and desperate result. The likes of Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia at Hampden. I have faith that Clarke is too clever to fall into that pit, but not enough to remove the fear entirely.0 -

I haven't got an end game, if you read my posts after a fellow poster remarked to me I actually said I will look at Cove with a different view next season.What's your endgame here? Are you just trying to get a rise from someone? Marten has just said about Talbot fans what you said about Cove fans. It's all about perspective.
Cove are in SPFL2. Talbot are in the West Juniors, with nowhere to go. They are happy to win all the trophies going in the juniors, but they cannot progress currently. They are a good team, but you'd expect them to be, given how well they will have done financially from the cup.

Got to disagree, never got that inclination from the many fans I spoke to. However reading through various threads there is a lot of Talbot orientated quotes. I said this yesterday but I think it goes with the territory of being the best in their level similar to Celtic.Talbot fans seem to hate anyone with ambition to get higher up...-4 -
I stand corrected you're correct, Maybe I've got caught up in the middle area of second division teams who just roll from one season to another. I'll look at Cove Rangers with a new point of view this new seasonThey may seem more professional but they are stuck were they are,if they're happy with that then fair enough but they shouldn't take a pop at a club who have always been ambitious.
I agree,Cove are an obnoxious bunch and as a Vale fan I'm glad to see the back of them but don't write them off from climbing further up the ladder.0 -
I'm just giving the forum feedback. I would care because I've been to quite a few junior clubs over the past 2 year since I started getting interest in them. Apart from their term named juniors, most seem more professional that the likes of East Fife, Cowdeneath and Stenhouemuir. I believe is only a matter of time before they are affiliated to the SFA and most of them through time will make their way up the leagues. I'm not so sure about Cove though.Who cares what Talbot fans say.At the end of the day,Cove are a league 2 side,while Talbot are juniors,argument over.

Attended the Junior cup final the other day. Auchinleck Talbot fans didn't have a good word to say above Cove.
However did hear good reports about Wick,Huntly, Brora etc.
Maybe you have to be an obnoxious and ignorant outfit to progress?-2 -
I think of you add some of the big junior teams to this you'll see a big drop in the rankings for some clubs

Agree the stadium isn't the best but I've been to a lot worse. Reading through comments on other threads I get the feeling some posters on here don't appear to like Talbot. Celtic get it on the main threads so It probably comes with the territory of winning.thought it was the worst atmosphere of a junior final I've been at. The fans were lively enough at times but the ground really isn't great.0 -
Unfortunately? I was there and it was a great atmosphere from both sets of fans.Unfortunately, there were loads of spaces in both sides. So 4629 probably correct + 400 sponsor freebees!
Is the juniors forum just full of pessimistic posters. Reading a few comments on here you would think some have a downer. You should be celebrating your football.
