Of course if your opinion is that Auchinleck are a similar level to Championship clubs, you're entitled to it.

It's just my opinion that their results against higher league opposition isn't a good argument to suggest they're at that level at all. You'll find clubs from lower levels beating clubs from higher levels in every season of every cup competition, it doesn't mean the lower level club could compete at that higher level.

This season East Fife beat Dundee Utd 2-0 at Tannadice. On the basis of that result, you could say East Fife are at a Prermier League level. But in the same season we were beaten 4-3 at home to BSC Glasgow. Going by that result, you could say that our level is mid-table Lowland League.

Realistically, our level is mid-table League One, where we've been solidly for the last four seasons.

I agree with what you say just my opinion on the matter they would definately be to good for Lowland League League 2 i think they would win same with League 1 not saying it would be easy in league 1/2 just i think Talbot are to good for the junior ranks which most would agree

Auchinleck have beaten precisely one side who were League One or above in the last five years - Ayr.

This season East Fife have beaten Dundee Utd at Tannadice and beaten Hearts on penalties. Last season we beat 3 championship clubs in cup competitions. In neither of those seasons were we championship quality.

Its a matter of opinion plus Auchinlek are a non league side East Fife are a proffesional team ...

Ayr are borderline an SPL side and have beaten SPL times on many occasions realisticly a Championship side shouldnt be losing to a Junior side

You need to drop off on him... get tight and he rolls you. Or stop the ball at source. He a fantastic player.

I was going to head up to watch it but something came up. Is the eastfield centre half casual? As he won’t get time to play from him

Liam Taggart plays for Eastfield and he was probably the best defender i came across be interesting that one

Only 4 of the team that started v Auchinlek started last night. Ashe came on but played RB, last night, 2 different, and better, CBs last night, different midfield bar Hubby and Reilly.

Auchinlek were a very well drilled/organised  side and certainly the better side on the night v Kelty. BSC just seemed a better overall team IMO.

As i said if Kelty played Talbot again it would be the same outcome. However BSC are a very good side i agree with you but Talbot are a step above than the rest

Scobbie, Reid, Sinclair, Humphrey, Tidser, Easton, Flynn all appeared tonight that didn't play v Auchinleck. So yes a different side. Looks like the Kelty twitter snowflakes got upset again, been banned again. :)

Still be the same outcome mate! And in all honesty Humphrey is toilet well he was tonight anyway hence why i think he was hooked at HT!

Auchinlek are a league one team every day of the week imo

Probably a Championship team mate in my honest opinion they would win the lowland league first time of asking (no disrespect to other teams) they would win league 2 and 1 and handle themselves in the championship you only have to look at the teams they have beat and played in the scottish cup to see that. Far to good for Juniors best non league team about in the country

I was in the stand and it looked a shocker of a penalty decision as defender seemed to very cleanly win the ball.

They are the best side I’ve seen at NCP this season and I include Auchinlek in that as this is a different Kelty side to back at the start of the Scottish Cup. BSC were very well organised, pressed the ball superbly all night, comfortable on the ball and have a few serious pace merchants. Very impressed with them.

Strong comment that! Auchinlek are the best side Kelty have played all season and it showed that night aswell Auchinlek scudded them and was hardly a different Kelty side they never Tindser then and Easton was injured but was pretty much the same team and lets be realistic here if Kelty played Auchinlek again it would be the exact same outcome Auchinlek are a stronger sider than Kelty

I’ve watched this lad a few times and cannot defenders Thought process at all. The lad is the size of a mountain n moves like a train yet they still try to get tight. Clueless.
Some left zinger on him but I’m really interested in how the Eastfield centre half gets on cause he is an absolute baller.
    buzzing for that tussle .

Is that Liam Taggart by any chance? Played him against him when he was at Steins

Think the Wishaw game was a league cup game.

The semi finalists for the west were

Bullwood, Bellshill, Drumchapel and Bullfrog. With Bullwood perhaps getting the bye to the final as Bellshill take on Drum this weekend

Ah cool mate never knew wishaw were in that league

Has the draw been made or is that still to happen? Donner v Haggs final if they avoid each other

Draws on Thursday mate if Donner and Haggs avoid eachother and both progress that would be a good final however we shall see

this is Bullwoods first season Haggs havent been close to a final neither have Donner or Bellshill i think its all 4 teams first ever semi and will there first ever final whoever gets there

Bullwood will surely fancy themselves now after beating Harvester

Still sticking with Donner! I was at the game sunday bullwood are a decent side and will give the other teams a game but Harvester will be spewing after that the better team in my view just missed a copious ammount of chances that should have been put away! All the best to the last 4

  16. Bullwood 2 Harvester 1

Harvester the better team missing two one on ones in the first 5 mins good saves from bull keeper if both of those chances were taken Harvey would have took 3/4 of them Bullwood two goals from two corners exact same goals poor defending from Harvester Harvey will be spewing with that but fairplay to Bullwood chances dont win games and there a good side
