He's just a troll though. I'd not bother with him - the post about Thatcher summed him up - probably doesn't fairly represent the views of all Darvel fans
Doesn’t represent any Darvel fans! A fucking idiot stirring it up that’s not worth bothering about!

Yet they still splashed the cash on the ex Talbot boys and the Cumnock striker. Doesn't add up. No club seriously budgets for cup runs.
The players that were signed were bought with the transfer fees that came in!

Well everyone knew before the end of last season the budget was getting cut even if Kennedy was still there the players on the big money were getting moved on!
The statement to me says they cutting cloth accordingly to the level they are playing at.

We are doing just fine thanks. A big game tomorrow against Cowdenbeath and currently on a 10 game unbeaten run.
Back to Darvel, give us your honest take on that statement and what you think the future holds for the club.

I'm not sure there'll be much sympathy for Darvel on here.
Having said that, the fall from grace has happened far sooner than any of us could have imagined.
Fall from grace? What division are you in again?

Talbot aren’t far away. Maybe 3/4 players short. Fine margins in the 2 home games. 2 very good strikes from Ferguson were the difference yesterday. That’s what quality and experience brings. Need an experienced goalkeeper as the youngster is costing goals (he was at fault for not reacting for Darvel’s first), a quality midfielder to create chances and one or two strikers.
I would say not being far away is 1 or 2 players not 3 or 4,
The goalie was not at fault at the first goal great strike from fergie off the bar and Moore reacted first to score!

I know a guy who can bring in quality players and the problem is this season he brought in too many imo and trying to keep them all happy was impossible but that was then up to the sporting director and president to say no u don’t need them we have enough but as I said earlier if they want to spend spend spend that their prerogative
“Sporting Director “ what you on about

I go to every game. I'm sure I'm allowed to voice my opinion on what I'm watching.
Voice your opinion sure but get behind the team! You’re probably one of these guys that can’t accept talbot getting challenged now and not getting it their own way as been in the past.

Still got a cup final to play.
Talbot are rotten and deserve slated for the majority of their performances.
Yeah still in a cup final true, but true supporters get behind the team through thick and thin

Ths is the start of the demise of Darvel as we all predicted.
In a few years they will either be dead or down a couple of divisions
Why is this the start of demise of Darvel?
No manager, player, committee or ex committee man are bigger than any club0 -

You'll not get anybody from Talbot counting that as a League win.
Maybe should count it as you living in past glories now!
At least this story taking you away from slating you own team ever week!!0 -

Is it acceptable for Darvel's season to be over in February
Might as well get those holidays and stag doo's booked now
Darvels season is over? Why is that? Having a bad spell just now as talbot had earlier in the season and you were all having a meltdown!
Beith won’t win the league and will talbot win all their games in hand?
I don’t think so. Lots of twists n turns to come yet!

They'd rather go a stag weekend than play in Darvels biggest ever game.
Two players were away 1 injured other wouldn’t have played

How is he the best manager in the league he has only won 1 Cup and all we have heard for the past few weeks even from yourself these players should be playing in a higher division so they should be big enough to beat teams like Hurlford week in week out and not use the Falkirk result has an excuse and to be honest u wanted the fame u got it but when it comes to the bread and butter of ur season they can't deliver just like last season just goes to show they don't really want to play for the club
Who didn’t deliver last season?
They don’t want to play for the club?0 -

£250 pw average away and give me peace , it will be nothing like that and if it was the league should be wrapped up already and it’s far from It , that was another disappointing performance today and thankfully Talbot and beith dropped points also , but gall said we would beat anyone in league 2 we’ll that’s 2 gos at the glens this season and no wins , he’d be better keeping his trap shut as he only talks absolute nonsense and has no idea about football , it will be hard enough to get out this league let alone anything else
Think he’s no the only one that’s better keeping his trap shut!!!!

You don’t,so get a grip with your shite talk! Go back with your ex committee men come up with positive stuff supporting the team and cut the crap! No real Darvel fan wants to be associated with you or your stupid views about anything or any other team.
