Danny keeps blaming the defence but it’s deflecting from the real problem, IT’S THE MIDFIELD!!! I thought that Cuddihy would be able to step up and control the midfield but I was wrong . Some thought that Grant, Mcstay and Rankin leaving wasn’t that big of an issue but it’s HUGE . The defence have no confidence in the midfield to help them out so they are making basic mistakes, mistakes that happen when you have no confidence. The transfer window can’t come quick enough...

Am I the only one that thinks we actually have a decent squad for the season ahead? I take it cuddihy will be in the cm role that grant had and tbh it could be the right role for him. Grant wasn’t always great at tracking back , something I’d say cuddihy will be better at. Every team would want to strengthen but I’d be confident of a top half finish in the league with who we have

Absolutely agree with this - I never found a more annoying player than him and how he ever got where he did astounds me!
This opens up a WHOLE new discussion on players that didn’t do well at Clyde but improved after they left. Joe Cardle is my starting point

Do we think supporters will be allowed in some capacity to Broadwood come October. A stadium capacity of say 8,000 and a gate against Dumbarton of probably 700.
Surely they need upon sooner rather than later especially before the winter kicks in?
I would think fans will be in. Probably have to pre book tickets to comply with track and trace. Plenty of space to distance fans at broadwood to start with but hopefully we don’t have to if face coverings are mandatory. Shops don’t make you socially distance anymore due to face coverings so why should we at football?0 -

If big Norway and ally both stay fit then we don’t need anyone else upfront. Lamont and Johnston can chip in the odd goal and we have a decent threat at set pieces from Mcniff, Howie and Rumsby. Just need someone with a decent delivery, Mckee would be ideal0
