"Devlin has returned to full fitness"

Well there's a first time for everything.

Not sure on validity of all of that article as it says Jack Gurr incoming on loan but he was released by Atlanta, so not sure who he is supposed to be coming on loan from ?

He was waived, basically unregistered,  hes still an atlanta player as hes still under contract

  2. I see sporting Lisbon had a friendly cancelled at the weekend due to two players testing positive for covid, as of today they have 8 players and 2 backroom staff testing positive also, will make next week very interesting for whoever makes it through. Also I'm lead to believe that if Viking make it through they can't travel to Portugal, lots of decisions to be made by UEFA in the coming days.

Velicka was a loan, so I assume they mean permanent signing, although I am seeing this reported as a loan-to-perm signing (much like the much referred to McKenna transfer that never was, or Mbappe to PSg)

One can only assume that megabucks Aberdeen are attracting the attention of UEFAs FFP polis who will fine us less than we have fined Jonny hayes

Great! I only just stopped having nightmares about him

Key word obviously being "rumour" and seems to overlook the fact that their new manager is likely to want to appoint his own assistant

Seems like they have grabbed at the trend of foreign managers appointing assistants with experience in\at the league\team.

Barry being the obvious choice, they could have easy said Jon dailly, but saying Robson keeps up the "we have money to spend" image

Jesus I can't imagine Mcgeough playing centre half!

I think selling Mckenna leaves us short but imagine we'd have scope to bring someone in if that happened.

I like Hoban but his injury record is atrocious, if it's not a pay per play deal then I think it's too big a risk.

You'd like to hope, you can just about get away with makeshift wingers ,full backs and at a push, strikers, but absolutely not CB!

Id imagine a loan from England once they restart and decide on squads for the season and start punting the surplus on loan.

  6. If we are to sign hoban, surely we would have some kind of back-up plan for it be does end up knackered, prepping one of the young loons to step up maybe? Surely something must be in the works regarding a centre half, when McKenna goes, being left with three recognised centre halfs is far from ideal.

fit like btw, long  time reader, thought it was about time I signed up.
