Crossgates doing fellow fife sides HOB and IHS a favour tonight.
Credit to HOB (pretty much)and IHS for escaping the drop in a season of big changes in management at both clubs. Credit especially due for a extremely young HS side who rallied themselves following major the changes they faced January and would have been my dead cert to go down at the time.
Looks ominous for blackburn but they are still alive!

I see tomorrow's game away against Inverkeithing has now been postponed ......... why?
Unable to field a team I’d imagine

Musselburgh have beaten the three sides above them in the league, so there is where the quality is. But three of five losses (two against Tynecastle & Haws) seem to have been their Achilles heel, in their hope to win the Premier League this season.
The difference between them and dare I say it the champions elect Rose, is Linlithgow seem to be better at battling and grinding out results when things are not going well.
Both Jeanfield and Mussy fall short on this front IMO to be considered serious title contenders.

Musselburgh got undoubtable quality but lack a certain amount of grit and bite I feel. Big win for HAWS

The fight for survival is going to get interesting. Few in the mix to face the drop. LTHV will be disappointed with yesterday but important win for IHS who by the sounds of it left it late. Tynecastle probably not expected to get anything yesterdayBig game at Ainslie park next Friday.

I think one coming down from the LL (Vale of Leithen, for instance) and none going up either because the league winner loses the promotion play-off or isn't licensed.
Ah okay thank you, quite brutal on whoever the 5th team may be if that is the case

With their being 34 games this season Gordon I fully expect the table to move about quite a bit. Even I'm not expecting Camelon to win the league lol. I would love too but as longs we keep ourselves away from the bottom with as you say that trap door opening
What scenario would result in 5 teams being relegated... thought it was only 4?
