Hello all,
You asked, so I'll deliver. Thanks to the suggestion (forgive me I can't remember who said it) Bobby Linn is up for an interview in the near future. As I like to do with all of these, I love getting you guys involved. Are there any questions you would like me to ask Bobby about his time at the club or his career in general? Likewise are there any topics you would like me to cover, so we can get the best possible interview? Arbroath history isn't one of my specialist subjects, so I appreciate all the help
Happy to be back bearing better news than the last time, hopefully a good gaffer in at Gayfield next
Hi Charlie,
I think you should ask Bobby to describe his relationship with Dick Campbell.

Our succession plans usually consist of “Who does Paul Reid know?” And “Who will do it cheaper?”
Still think Paul Reid and Mike Caird are the good guys here.
Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water here.

I actually thought you’d be nice enough to say you wished your board had the same foresight as I did. Certainly didn’t think you’d resort to foul language. I bid you goodnight.
Are you Jacob Rees-Mogg

Evening all,
Earlier this week, I was delighted to release my interview with former Arbroath manager Dick Campbell. As we all know, he's a straight talking guy, and I reckon you'll find the story surrounding his Arbroath departure both telling and shocking. I'll link it below if any of you are interested, skip to around 31:36 for the story. I'm sure you'll enjoy the rest as well if you have a little time on your hands. As a former pupil of Scott Stewart, I wish you all the best for this season!
Great job Charlie.
Dick Campbell must be a real double edged sword to interview - plenty to say, but never shuts up.
Like others on here, not a fan of his, yes he achieved a lot, not a pleasant individual however.
Keep up the good work

Wilkie and Bisland were both dreadful today.
First time I've seen them play and also thought they really struggled.
Think it was Bisland who tried to pick a pass through the eye of a needle instead of a simple pass out wide to a free player on the touch line, we lose possession, 1 - 0.
ToB, Scott Stewart were good. I like Watson, although he either took a knock or was knackered later in the game before he went off.
Coulson has to start next week, looked really sharp and up for it.

That was a tough watch !!
Resorted to shelling long aimless balls forward. Only started to look slightly dangerous late on, with getting the ball wide to Stewart

I can’t do this. A draw and a win in two meaningless games with a hopefully incomplete squad doesn’t tell us much. The switch from “Jim must go” to possible champions is a huge one. I’ve no idea if TOB will return to his best, no idea if Spalding or Coulson will work out, no idea if our two strikers will stay fit and firing or if Watson will stay fit.
I’ll just sit here and hope. You and me both.
I'll venture down on Saturday, travelling more in hope than expectation, sadly we all know about hope.......

Lots of opinions from out of town supporters
???
Think some out of town supporters, season ticket holders and others, who contribute fairly generously towards the club are entitled to an opinion.

No, because that is a totally different situation, as anyone without a serious head injury can surely see?
You really need to be ashamed of yourself for that.

Great appointment.
Paul's achieved an amazing amount of good things so far. No doubt he can go from strength to strength, totally benefiting the Club and team.
