I'm sure Annan and Stirling have free entry for u16s with an adult which is great value.

What happens though if say we have a sell out cup game but I want to bring my 3 year old? I doubt the club will be giving free seats.

Dont worry yourself about the club giving away free seats at a sold out cup game, if its sold out your kid would have to sit on your knee for the whole game...

I'll respond Mr E so as not to let you down. First time poster so please be gentle. I've been to most games with the exception of Elgin away. Where we are is purely down to the poor quality of all bar one team in the league and they presently sit top. Yesterday was a hard watch, 10 men and plenty of attack minded players but we fanny about at the back. A goal was inevitable. Play the game in their half at least. £18 is tough to pay, even worse watching that.

The signings have been pretty poor. I've read comments on Facebook and AFTN and in fairness a lot of people make good points.

Fleming looks shaky, Mercer uninterested, Steel gives me the fear every time he is on the ball and Murdoch looks like he is towing a caravan. Denham has been outstanding and has real potential. Palmer looks like a duck out of water and what has happened to Williamson, was excellent in pre season and league Cup! Taken off at 2-0 up at Annan and hasn't been seen since. We drew 2-2.

Ferguson will not be here after Christmas, he has been outstanding and deserves to be playing in a higher league. Fingers crossed he stays, didn't have a great game at Stenny when Liam Craig was watching so hopefully that works in our favour.

Trouten looks uninterested unless it's a penalty, Balde flatters to deceive and Steven needs to go back to U/20 football. He came on yesterday, did nothing and failed to chase anything down. Has he even scored? Healy has been good, dips in with great goals but only in flashes and Shepherd runs himself ragged. We miss Walls energy and a true dirty leader who roasts his team mates and motivates those around him.

Hopefully Mcdonald has some fresh ideas. To be fair, a good run but Forfar, Bonnyrigg and Elgin aren't good teams. Stenny beat us twice, Stirling ran over us and Dumbarton bullied us.

Anyhow at least we ain't down at the trapdoor. Mon the Fife.

How long did it take you to sit and come up with all this in your head. What a load of utter lies!! I suppose the next time you post you will say football is a game of opinions but if you cant see how good balde is then im speechless.

  3. We have been relegated for months. Using time as an excuse doesn't cut it for me.

Using the post covid hardship also doesn't cut it, every other team is in the same boat as us.

The board not having a plan b last season when we looked dead and buried also doesn't cut it for me.

This season we dont have a complete squad, we just played a game where the side 2 or 3 levels below us managed to field a bigger team and one not completely padded out with kids.

Keeper wise we are sorted 2 decent keepers and one long term injured. (0 players needed)

Defenders wise we have 5 if you include pat in this. We need another LB and definitely another couple CBs. (3 players needed)

Midfield wise we have 6 players. 4 of these are kids out the academy and 1 of these guys is a long term injury. 2 CMs needed and another winger or 2 (3 players minimum needed)

Striker wise we have 3. 2 of these guys spent most of last season injured so fingers crossed its not a repeat. We need a tall ST and probably another striking option to go with that. (2 players needed)

That totals 8 players short yet we have 2 currently on trial...

Alot of work to be done over the next 9 days for all in the club as no trialists can play in the premier sports cup.

  4. Great result yesterday.

First quarter we amassed a whole 4 points

    (1 win v Peterhead)

    (1 draw v Queen's park)

    Both at home.

This quarter so far we are 3 games in and have amassed 6 points already.

    (1 win v cove)

    (1 win v dumbarton)

    Both at home.

Things are starting to look brighter and hopefully we can continue to get a run of results going. (Undefeated and dropped 0 points at home in last 2) let's make it a fortress and get ourselves right out of the position we are in.
