The Gold series on bbc 1, written by Neil Forsyth who hails from the ferry and was involved in utd fanzine way back. 2/3 subtle references to utd during the series though unspoken but visual. Spotted 2 so far out of 5 series, any more??
Also did Bob Servant starring our very own Brian Cox.Clearly Neils doing well for himself and obviously still an arab!

I get that point, and I agree. His execution and the way he has gone about it are poor though, in my opinion. Absolutely certain, "clear as day" etc. When in fact it wasn't.
I also think people should admit when they're wrong and apologise when making false accusations. But, again, that's just my opinion.
Ken, a lot of apologies due then.
All social media first plz.

I think you need to calm yourself down mate, of course I dont think Utd are lying but its always better to wait on the outcome of an investigation rather than making your own conclusions...........I also mentioned upthread that I reckoned the call was Fat b*****d and not the other.
I agree with your point that the video and audio obviously crossed at a slightly unfortunate point which has led to the misunderstanding - maybe this may prompt Utd to spend £100 on a couple of mics for the home end?
Sounds like both clubs are happy with the outcome so thats good enough for me.
Clear and obvious mistake.
Good job John Barnes never got involved, he would have talked us all to death.1 -

I was sitting in that section, there’s no way someone could have shouted that without me hearing it. As has been said the mics are all in the away end (which has always annoyed me actually) so would be strange to hear a fan from that stand at that level. The Hibs fans were calling Tony Watt a fat b*****d is it possibly a Hibs fan shouting that? Needless to say if it is racial abuse from a United fan I hope he’s caught, banned and charged.
Your beginning to sound like a certain dictator from the east!
Turn the truth around a bit then attack! Pathetic.

You B…. B…..d repeat, repeat ,repeat from the whole Jim Mclean fair play stand.
Dont bother telling me what i heard or otherwise. Oh and i suppose the same superb fans never chucked half a dozen balls onto the park during the game either??
Na blame it on the big laddies that ran away. Shamefull just shamefull and well we know it.-2 -
Never realised Hibs fans were a racist bunch of thugs till tonight!
77th minute when Anaku came on was embarrassing for Scottish football let alone THEM!
Clearly heard on pptv.

Try to keep up. I’ve commented on several occasions over the years just how bad Scottish football is. It was also said in the context of making money from investing in a Scottish club.
Thank you.
Sorry, the futbas shyte comment wasn't aimed at you personally, just your fellow fans in general.
Danke shon.

Looking at it logically (yes, I know football regularly defies logic on many levels) but I think Keyes must now realise that building the stadium, and therefore making money, is looking less likely as time goes on. Likewise Ogren must already realise the chances of making a decent amount of money out of United is slim.
All the talk of making our top league significantly more valuable in terms of TV rights is just delusional. If you exclude the Old Firm there is very little interest around the world for Scottish football. Yet with them we know there can only be two possible winners of the league for the next 40 years - almost 40 years since a team outside the Old Firm won the league. Thank you Aberdeen.
Do Keyes or Ogren have any previous strong links to their respective clubs and this city? They are both successful business people who presumably wish to continue making money.
I’m not suggesting there have been talks of a merger as I have no inside knowledge around these matters but it wouldn’t surprise me if all options are, or at least have been, explored by both parties.
This is even more desperate than the usual scottish futba’s shyte quotes efter going DOON.

“Amen, Amen ,Eamon Bannon”
Auld enough to remember this great fitba player but also auld enough to remember the 1988 Scottish cup final. United 1-0 up and the bah falls to Bannon in the box with only the keeper to beat.
Goes for the header into the ground then bounce into the net but…. Flys ower the bar.End result Selic Twa utd 1. Ach well it wiz thir century year.
Other memory of europe game..
Eamon Bannon 5. Borussia Monchengladbach 0. But only if memory serves me right?
