the one benefit Bryden has is he's still only 19, he's been getting more starts but playing out of position out wide is not the answer, really do hope he goes out on loan for guranteed starting minutes up front for someone like a QOS or even a Stenhousemuir

Yep he is young, but you need ability which he has none

How many goals has Bryson scored against Championship teams?

At what time to we start thinking “Running through a brick wall/giving everything for the team he supports” together with the odd clever pass and flick every few games, just isn’t enough?

On the whole, he just looks absolutely nowhere near good enough for the Championship.

I can’t help but feel if he wasn’t “one of our own”, he’d have been loaned or out the picture some time ago.

Been saying that all season ,think he is a league 2 player, but they still extend his contract

A squad so strong, KVV and Greg Stewart can’t break into the first team. Once again over performing for Ayrshire, only behind the three biggest teams in Scotland. Ayr Ushited, meanwhile, continue languish in mediocrity as  they have done for half a century. No history, no trophies and obsessed by one penalty kick and the fact that Lawrence Shankland once kicked a ball for them. Utter tinpot.

Just ferk off ,ragin you big cousins got beat

Surprised more hasn't been said about Clarke

Came charging out at the free kick into a crowd of 6ft+ BFG's compared to him and ended up doing a superman impression getting nowhere mear the ball.

I could literally just see his head..

Good shot stopper but teams are starting to expose the massive weakness at set pieces with his lack of yep

Yep dont rate him, sticks to his line and has cost us a few goals since coming in

Chalmers isn’t the issue..  The question is whether we should have brought him on for a central midfielder, leaving us playing McKenzie in (being charitable) an unfamiliar position.    On the face of it, bringing on Smith was more of a like for like replacement.  Chalmers could of course have come on for Bryden or McKenzie later in the game which I’m sure would have been the plan pre-game.  Unfortunately the injury to McHugh has forced our hand a bit.

But as noted earlier, I saw nothing of McKenzie’s contribution bar the clumsy penalty, so perhaps he played well enough to justify the decision making.   Smith hasn’t really developed since breaking into the team and Brown clearly doesn’t rate him, but I think I’d still prefer him to McKenzie next to Dempsey.  With a bit of luck Sylla or McHugh will be fit for Tuesday night as neither option is really good enough.

    Prefer anyone than McKenzie

There may well have been some underlying issue, prior to Brown coming in, I'm not sure. Have been told on good authority Brown and Albinson just don't see eye to eye.

Its not about if they don't get on,he's the best keeper at the club, the club comes first he needs to play, because this lad in nets is not good enough. The defence is bad enough but if you know your keeper aint coming for crosses,or commands his box that puts even more pressure on the back 4.

That result today is entirely on Brown.  I'm no reading back but no doubt some brainchild has squared it all at McGinty -  complicit for sho.

I also don't know what he's done to Logan Chalmers but he needs to swallow his pride and let our best player play.  Nobody is paying cash to watch Fraser Bryden chasing his own first touch, a fucking dumpling striker on the wing who hasn't given anything other than endeavour.  Bullenesque pish that needs to die a death immediately.

I do understand he's playing with the hand a bald idiot dealt him but today was totally unacceptable, his attempts to rectify it were equally unacceptable.  Why keep the same shape that just wasn't working, to what benefit was that?  It was clearly part of the issue along with the nonsense tombola of playing out from the back via McGinty.  Cool it works sometimes, what about when they press him and he's melting into a puddle what then?  Just keep doing it anyway, great.

I could not believe my eyes that Chalmers had come on and had been clearly instructed to let Nicholas fucking McCalister overlap him as the prime creator on the right, what in the name of f**k was he doing.  Nicholas fucking McCalister our imbecile right back.  I was and remain seething that this was even thought about never mind put to practice.

That and the fact he'd clearly just given up at half time didn't help, you canny be this 'energetic' manager when all is good but because the game is done in your mind you just don't bother.

Alarm bells today, especially the Bryden fiasco.  Again, he's having to deal with the mess that the BGM built but that's now 4* out of 6 games he's played Bryden at right wing.  Bullen would be getting slaughtered if he had McKenzie on the wing that often so it's definitely fair to bring up.

Yep,that's the most honest post that sums up everything that's wrong with team,The Bryden supporters on here will probably be his mates, yep McGinty made a mistake for the second and you heard the the shouts coming from the stand,Bryden and McKenzie ferking hopeless yet hardly heard a whisper,if the Bryden and McKenzie supporters club wish to watch these two then it will be league one.
