  1. How is all this good stuff being funded? Is it self sustaining?
  2. That's probably a legacy of spending half a season with no strikers.
  3. That's a bit much. The board have been fantastic for many years now.
  4. Was the Fraserburgh game not when we turned another one of our corners?
  5. The moment for me was actually the Dunfermline game, I know it was just a cup game, but it disgusted me. I still think he did everything short of blatantly throw that match to make some sort of point to his critics.
  6. I didnt think he was getting the best out of the players we had in the first half of the season, his teams were a mess, and the players seem to be playing with zero confidence. I was of the opinion that a fresh face was needed. Sometimes, that's what you need to make a change. I've said that for quite a while now. However, the signings so far have looked really good, and the last 2 games we've seen a better team on the pitch. The board are clearly not going to sack him, so I guess we just hope for the best. However, terrible form like this is really hard to turn around...
  7. Maybe a reality check for some of our more excitable fans? With Cove being flattened and Hamilton losing, its not the end of the world, but that team just looks so short of confidence right now.
  8. I thought he was really good in the first half! Back to the all action relentless player we all know and love.
  9. Can we all now agree that our defensive midfielder Bitsondou is not a centre back? I said a few months ago, and was slaughtered, but it might be time to consider Hamilton at centre back. Our defence just isnt right. ToB hasn't at any point this year looked like the same imperious player we've seen since he signed. Is he still injured? Unsettled? Just lacking confidence? I'm less annoyed by that game than I expected because I think the better team won. We didnt have the wrong team out, we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot, we didn't lack ambition, we were just beaten by the better team today, and I can live with that. We are desperately short of confidence though. Second time in 2 games that we've conceded right near half time.
  10. Agreed. Better team won. Bit of a reality check after the Dundee game.
  11. Although its 3, I'm actually not too dispirited. We look much better as a team. It feels like we've got the right team out (although it might be time to ask questions about our defence). This is much better than the awful fare we've seen all season.
  12. A much better half than we've seen in recent weeks, the team just looks so much better balanced. However, we look vulnerable at the back, like we have all season, and I think the team is lacking a bit of confidence and self belief.
  13. I have to say, of all the clubs I streamed games from during The Event, ICT were by far the worst. And I'm including clubs that had technical problems. Terrible pixellot camera, which you stuck with, placed too high and distant, buffeted by wind noise, and no commentary either. Way behind all the other clubs.
  14. The way his salary is going up, we'll be paying him 10 grand a week by the end of the season.
  15. Yes, but you may need some sort of vpn. We also do an audio commentary option for UK based people. Edited to add link: https://arbroathfc.tv/
  16. I'm quite pleased with the window so far. As others have said, we have addressed weaknesses in our squad. Good signings so far!
  17. One win over Dundee, and we're back to Thou Shalt Not Question The Management mode.
  18. Bloody hell, that is optimism! I want some of what you're smoking! I wouldnt predict a win over Inverness if we had a 3 man advantage. I think Dodds tends to set up his teams well against us. Im predicting a grim and miserable crime against football, same as the last Inverness game, and the game before that, and the one before that...
  19. Everything is not okay after one win. As great as it was, and humble pie was eaten, but we have already "turned the corner" so many times in the last few months. I still believe that the management did not get the best out of their squad and that the tactics at times were bizarre and the wrong teams were picked. Oh, and I believe he did everything short of deliberately throw that game against Dunfermline, just to make a point. I find that very hard to forgive. If we win more games, and see an upturn in performances, then even if we get relegated, I'll be happy to say I was wrong. I would love to be proven wrong, and I hope I am.
