  1. Interested if there are any photoshop experts on here who could do us a mock up of the ends squared off, and maybe add an upper tier to the north to match the main stand? Surely that would bring us to a similar capacity as we currently have?
  2. Best series of posts on P and B, on a Morton related thread, in a long long time. Would read again.
  3. RIP Dougie. Saved our club when it was on it's knees and will never ever be forgotten for it. My thoughts go out to the Rae family.
  4. Doyle and Ross Forbes are the first 2 to be told that they're not getting new deals by Ray McKinnon. Not disappointed to see either go. Forbes had the season of his life in 16/17, but was poor last season, and Doyle was the weak link in the starting 11 last season. Positive start by the new man.
  5. Jim Duffy sacked! https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/2571537/morton-sack-jim-duffy-finish-championship/https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/2571537/morton-sack-jim-duffy-finish-championship/
  6. Will do I think I've been logged in on my laptop for about 3 years so I don't know what my password is.
  7. Anyone else not been able to get signed back into the Morton forum since it moved to the new domain? Been trying to re-set my password and the email just doesn't arrive.
  8. Strange one regarding Barr. He's the head coach of our under 20s team, who play most of their games on midweek nights. I'm wondering if this move means he's leaving that role with Morton? Footballing wise, he didn't look up to Championship standard anymore in the few games he played earlier this season.
  9. Frank Ross coming on loan to Morton according to the Daily Record (I know). Is he a wide midfielder by any chance? Other impressions?
  10. 2 for me is the best of a bad bunch. Gonna pop in tomorrow and see them in the flesh. Hopefully this is the last fan designed strip we have.
  11. Biify looking very decent here. Oh and Twin Atlantic are magic.
  12. According to the Sun (I know), we're in for Dundee's ex-stranraer keeper David Mitchell. Good experienced competition for Gaston.
  13. Is there are way to keep up with the progress of the new stand at Tynecastle?
  14. Someone over on twitter suggesting that Morton are fighting it out with yourselves for the loan signing of Rory Loy from Dundee. We're in desperate need of a striker, with only Kudus Oyenuga available for tomorrow, and he's barely even a footballer let alone a viable option.
  15. Pleased but confused. The boy just never looks like he's going to get a chance, regardless of how he performs for thr development team. If we could get a striker or 2 in in January I would like to see him out on loan for a month or 2 to see how he handles regular football.
  16. http://www.greenocktelegraph.co.uk/sport/14914047.Final_four_selected_for_Morton_kit_competition/ Better quality images available on the Tele website. My favourite didn't make the final cut, but definitely the yellow one for me out of the final 4.
  17. He's slotted into the team with minimal fuss and seems to be enjoying his football. He seems to be one of those deoendable players that will be a 7 out if 10 every week. Made comments that it's the best dressing room he's been a part of too. Had been filling in at centre half due to injuries and hasn't looked out of place. Could be a solid player for years to come I reckon.
  18. To be fair to McNeil, he's done very little wrong in his time with us, and right now has dislodged Gaston as number 1. That may be as much to do with Gaston's poor form as anything, but McNeil had grabbed the opportunity and some well enough. I was disapointed when we signed him, but I've been pleasantly surprised with how he's performed.
  19. I'm pretty sure that emergency loans can only be from clubs within the same Country.
