  1. When buying a house it’s all about the three ‘S’.

    1. Size

    2. Space

    3. Scenery

I was living in a 3 bed rental flat in Marchmont till 2008.

I had to share a front door.  The stairwells were dusty and It was affecting my mental status.

So one day I thought f**k it I’ll buy a big 5 bedroom detached b*****d house in rural Perthshire….and I did!

I tied in originally for 5, then 5 and then 10 years so I’m not really paying too much attention to all of this atm.

/Stamp duty LBBT or whatever it’s called costs a small fortune when moving as does the removals chaps with their modest van, scruffy disposition, yet the average removal worker earns more than a Formula 1 driver!

I liked you better when you were mowing down cyclists and extolling the beauty of Perthshire and the Kia Ceed.

I’ve gone electric buddy with the EV9!

Always happy to comment on the unhealthy chokehold Nicola had on forum members.

Alba - a political party with almost zero elected representatives at either council or Holyrood level and gets far too much airtime (and it would get zero if it wasnt for AS giving great tv).

Even for him though, its a bit of a sham - its easy to say all the right things about "what Scotland should be doing" when you have got no chance of ever holding the levers again.

Alex has far more chance than ACH of becoming First Minister!

What we know is these scumball women lied and it fell apart like a wet tissue.  We know that Mr and Mrs Murrell were determined to bury an innocent man.

This was all available at the time!  All you had to do was read about it!

Perhaps you’re suddenly shocked about Phillip Schofield?

Perhaps you’ll be shocked when the truth catches up with Bill Gates?

    This thread is:

    1) Alex ran gov better

    2) He’d make the best FM and has the best policies.

    3) But…I trust the Daily Mail.

I’ve dined with him before at the Wedgewood and golfed and he’s a sound company.   Despite the weird slander on here from folk that should know better.

I’m at pains to say that people are perfectly entitled to vote for it. It’s entirely possible that the gains over several centuries outweigh the pain over a decade or so.

Since @EV9 red dotted me, can I invite you to rebut my post? This isn’t meant as an anti independence argument in itself but just a rude awakening for anyone that thinks Scotland will improve from day one.

If your looking for feedback I got out the red paint because I thought it was a bad post and borderline a very bad post.

There’s two sides of a P&L account and there’s a huge amount of waste we can cut from our expenditure.

Take the war in Ukraine for example and Scotland has contributed nearly 500million pounds.  Small independent nations around us have donated 5-45 million.

As an aside do you own an air dresser?  Because I’m thinking of getting one and just looking for feedback.

    #Perthshire

Been a while since your last account.

    Thanks.

Yes I started to think no body wants to hear about a 50 something Caucasian male and his driving endeavours.  But then I thought ‘Yes they do’!

So I quickly signed up but my posting will likely be few and far apart this summer because Gleneagles is in full bloom I’ve got myself a 42 year old girlfriend!

Defender was my favourite board game as a kid.

I haven't played any board games for about 30 years though..

    any reason why not?

Im playing my cousins for £600 prize pot (£200 entry) and it makes these games super important.

If I win I’m buying myself a Samsung AirDresser in midnight blue!!

  7. Got a cousins money game at the end of the month.

    I like to go:

    Brown set: Yes

    Blue : No

One from the top of the board.

Red, Yellow and Green - Yes

Leave Mayfair and Park lane alone.

Stations remain a Yeah if I land on it and never buy the water works or the electric chaps.

    Houses up Asap.

leave at least £200 in the bank.

    Any other advice ?

What’s your playing piece of choice?

    Excellent point.

You’re my ‘poster of the day’ and win a clock radio.

A prize which ironically could also show 20:14.

"Totally innocent".  I think you might be stretching it there 🤭

Glad he cancelled the show at the point it became apparent that Russia was a terrorist state, I mean there was absolutely no evidence before 2022..................

…….and the BBC is an extension of the Westminister government.

Go on then show me some evidence then of any wrongdoing beyond cheating on his wife.

The witch-hunt against Salmond is utterly staggering and completely disproportionate.

I don’t see Stuart Hosie (for example) getting the same treatment.

The rehabilitation of Alex Salmond (in some eyes) never fails to amaze me.

This is a guy who had a show on Russia Today for 5 years, ffs !

He done nothing wrong to require rehabilitation.  A totally innocent man who was stitched up by some folk who are about to take a mighty fall.

Big deal if RT bought his show.  If he was still on RT now you might have a point but he cancelled it when the Russia/Ukraine war began.

  11. Question time tonight from Fort William.

Salmond was as usual light years ahead of the rest.   Wee lass from the SNP wasn’t great.  Jackie Ballie was constrained and the Lord Tory was the c**t we would expect him to be
