    I remember that being on Clyde too. Think it might have been our promotion season too as I was worried we’d lose the point (s) and not get promoted.

    Wasn’t at the game last night but looking at DTV, Mcgreggor’s finish for the first was pretty neat.

    Where’s Todorov in the first picture? Second one makes it look as if they’re neck and neck.

    Watched Gabby quite closely today and with a bit more thought I think I was probably harsh on him earlier in the week. He really has improved so much in last 2 seasons. His control play was excellent today and esp. in first half was running into really good positions in the box- if only his team mates could’ve spotted him. Always gives 100%, but there is more than just effort. Well done and i stand corrected.

    You think? I’d suggest it’s more the fact that nobody knows where the ball will bounce when he ‘controls’ it that makes him so effective. Defenders can’t prepare, they just have to react. Against that, his positioning and timing of his runs into areas have really improved during his time with us. Reminds me of Andy Smith, not the biggest talent but gives 100% and often that’s enough.

    I think he’s been much improved the last month or so. Not sure if he’s playing a bit further forward?

    Indeed. As I recall no evidence of racial abuse was found whilst the tribunal found neither the club nor individuals associated with the club had racially discriminated against Mr Q. Although not required to, they went further and commented that conversations alleged by Mr Q to have taken place, did not in fact take place. In other words, he was a liar. The ruling was not a good day for the Quitongo family and I’m not sure they’d relish you reminding the world of its findings.

    I’ll second that. He’s put his money in, so he gets to say how things are done. I’m not a huge fan of the guy and how he goes about his business, but can’t fault him in terms of what’s happened on the park. Onwards and upwards (or even just sideways) .

    Ridiculous that we’re talking about trying to keep out of the relegation battle with a win in the same breath as taking us up to 4th and promotion play offs. I thought league 1 was generally pretty tight, but championship is mental.

    Cheers. I was already old by then and should remember. Then again, much of the ‘90’s is a blank.
