I think he's fine . There was a while where he seemed to lose his mind and do some mental stuff like mentioned by @Jim McLean's Ghost above.
It's been mentioned on here that he almost stumbled upon this system by accident but we've gone back to actually winning a game here and there so I can't really complain about that, we've still got along way to go defensively but I'm hopeful that a new a Goalkeeper and a new Centre half or 2 will sort that out.
In both seasons he's kept us up comfortably and we've actually played some nice stuff in spells.
My general feeling right now is we could certainly do a lot worse than him.

All of these rumours make sense when you hear Ketts say he wants to have a more settled pre-season. Last season we seemed to be pissing about a the last minute bringing players in and punting players.

Also Paul mcginn is waiting to sign as he is looking at all other options. Since he's 34, this will most likely be his last big move so he will be waiting for anything initially. Good luck to him but hopefully we either sign him on for another season or he leaves early so we focus on a replacement.
Would Halliday count as one of those PCA?

Kettlewell has embarrassed himself with his comments over the last few days, we've had plenty of decisions against us this season, this one in particular is an extremely weird hill to die on.

Thought Halliday would be a good signing when he joined in January but the more I see of him the less I'm convinced that he's what we need.
He could come good if he gets a pre-season behind him but I can't help but feel that we're now very much seeing why he couldn't get a game for Hearts.
FWIW I think he was far from being the worst today.

Can remember similar happening for me, was told by the guy at the turnstile to keep a hold of my ticket. The pitch was far from 'fine' that day, the groundsmen spent the majority of the game on the corner of the park sweeping water off of it.
If you want to watch Bair's goal from that day it shows the opposite of what you say.
