  1. Top 6/Bottom 6 first. Yes there's bigger problems, but the current set up is unfair and unbalanced for some clubs. Playing 18 home & 20 away fixtures, while some clubs get 20 home & 18 away. A round robin tournament should be home-and-away equally. Cleaner & simpler that way. Lacks integrity for me.
  2. Aberdeen seem the biggest threat to Celtic going unbeaten in league. If Celtic get the League Cup in the bag and still haven't lost by then domestically... It's a good possibility. I'd honestly rather see Celtic do good in Europe this season. Been too long. Would be awesome if Parkhead become a fortress again.
  3. I actually remember saying to my mate in 2016, when Celtic beat Motherwell 4-3 at Fir Park an unbeaten treble was definitely on that season. I also still think if we'd made to the Winter shutdown in 2017-18 without losing a match (lost to Hearts in the penultimate match) then Celtic would of went on to win back-to-back unbeaten trebles.
  4. Hey. New to forum. Went for years to Broadwood up until 2017. Just wondering for those that still go to games is it a case of what looks like another long hard season or could McCall maybe actually build something this season. Results seemed to going fairly well (including league cup group) until the 3rd league game. And you know what horrible run of results Clyde can go on when they cant stop the rot
  5. Hi, new to forum. Joined looking to see if other could help I'm looking for details on a two former specific five-a-side that featured Scottish League teams 1. I believe the first tournament started in 1968 (Morton beat Kilmarnock 2-1 in the final) And as result the Scottish Champions were invited down south to play in the English Daily Press event. Cant find anymore finals after this. 2. I believe the second tournament started in 1980 (for the daily record trophy) and was sponsored by Kidney Research Fund. Subsequent finals I was able to find 1979–80: Dundee United 1–1 (Pens) Kilmarnock 1980–81: Stranraer 2–1 Kilmarnock 1982–83: Berwick Rangers 4–0 Clyde 1983–84: Stranraer v Partick Thistle Any more info and results from missing finals of both or either would be a great help. Thanks.
