I really liked the look of McHugh last night. Looked steady on the ball, firm passing, not afraid to put himself about and had a wee gallus touch with the socks down - old school

The highlights / stream can be a gateway to bringing in fans and supporters both locally and around the world, if done well. No point in enhancing professionalism across the board, yet leave out the “face” of the club - seems bonkers!

So so enjoyable to turn up at a game, look at the team sheet with fear, only to witness a manager trying new things, new positions, new tactics, changing things throughout the game on more than one occasion, coaching players from the sideline, talking about drills through the week and pushing players to new levels AND getting performances and results.

Listen, learn and adapt. If you can do all 3 you will be in the team, if not, I don’t see Brown wasting any time on you. He’s mentioned it too many times already about the players listening to what he wants, and seems quite happy with the majority of them for now. My immediate hope for Brown was him getting a tune out of this squad where BGM couldn’t - and I would argue that he has done already.

Gutted to miss this one as I’ll be in the land of Scouse. A solid display and a bit of luck please - 3 points would be glorious

The pressure the old firm exerts on the whole institution of Scottish football is corrupt to the core and I would be delighted to see them ply their trade in Wales / England

Just back in from the game. 1. Was great to see so many Ayr fans in the one section and loads of families with youngsters - hopefully getting the bug and making fans for life. 2. The orcs weren’t too bad thankfully. The Ayrshire Loyal and Ayr Loyal flags they held up got laughed off so much they took them down. 3. So glad we got Brown in, looks like he will get a tune out of this squad for the rest of the season. Will be happy if we get his full contract out of him and more. 4. Big Sean 5. All I wanted was to avoid getting humped and to make the 1,750 Ayr fans there proud going home and looking forward to the next game.
