Too far removed to write a big spiel on it but I tried both ways and would absolutely recommend baby led. We've always pretty much just given her a smaller amount of what we've had and she's loved it.We had a wee challenge to let her have over 100 foods before she was one and we smashed it by about 50. Watch some YouTube videos of the difference between choking and gagging. Do a baby first aid course if you can. These two pictures are pretty handy for explaining BLW. Just go with it.
