The Moonster
I've pointed out examples of this on several occasions, Moonster. Former SFA Chief Executive Gordon Smith leading a crusade against Robbie Winters for allegedly diving is particularly damning evidence. Decided to undermine the referee despite the fact he was in the stand and the referee was five yards away. Unsurprisingly once we fought back, he was out on his arse. Incidents like this have been happening for years. Why would the SFA have such a hate filled agenda against Livi? Let's be honest, they've had ample opportunity to remove Livi from the leagues if the really wanted to punish you but they haven't. It just sounds like OF paranoia.
Yoss
Notwithstanding the disputes about what happened afterwards, Livi fans do rather seem to have forgotten that afternoon in 2009 when the deadline for Massone to sell his shares had passed and the expectation was that Livi would be wound up that day. Instead the SFL bent over backwards and indicated their willingness to change the rules in order to accommodate the prospective new owners, in order to allow them to continue.

What has that got to do with the price of cheese. That's the SFL who are now defunct not the SFA.

DensParkNumber1
Declan Gallagher has been sent to prison for 3 years after being found guilty. Waste of some talent could of been a SPFL premiership defender imo http://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/news/crime/footballer-jailed-for-brutal-baseball-bat-attack-1-3804715 Edited June 17, 2015 by DensParkNumber1

I've never previously noticed Livi fans confining their paranoia and conspiracy theories to just one arm of the football authorities, but fair point nonetheless.
LIVIFOREVER
Darren Cole, Craig Sives, Danny Mullen and Gary Glen all signed up. Good start, now if both Jacobs bros and Hippo put pen to paper I'd attempt a cartwheel and a backflip.

Haven't forgotten the afternoon they made up the bond shite knowing we couldn't possibly post it still being in admin and didn't allow McDougall in the room to pay with a check. Bunch of c***s weren't bending over backwards that day sending us down to the 3rd div when our fixture for the 1st div was almost upon us.

andylivi1
Very sorry to hear that news about Deks. Was at the open day and he was one of the last players off the field, was graet with the younger fans signing autographs and getting pictures taken. His talent was undoubtedly deserving of a higher level than the Scottish Championship and would have been a great signing for numerous SPL clubs. Gotta say that 3 years seems very harsh, his first offense and even more laughable when you coniser Paul McGowan still hasn't been sent to jail despite 3 sepearte assault offenses. Hopefully he'll be out soon enough and Burchill sticks to his word - he said he'd stick by him. Would love to see him back at Livi, easily one of my favourite players in the last 3 years for us. As for the SFA/SPFL, they can take a flying f**k to themselves. Constantly monitoring Livi and making up the rules as they go along. Rotten to the absolute fucking core those b*****ds. The club never offered him a deal and weren't looking to offee him a deal, Burchill had other players lined up to replace him.

andylivi1
Nope, don't believe that for a single second. Burchill said the club would stick by him - he'd be signing a deal with Livi right now if he'd avoided the jail. "Just spoke to Gordon Ford - he said Deccy wasn't in plans and 'Mark already has the position covered.' So expect news on that soon...." That's what I was told.
CowdenConvert
Am I reading this right? Livi fans claiming their club is harshly treated and that everyone is out to get them? It's simple lads. Follow the rules and you won't be punished. Unfortunately it's never been something you can do so no doubt more offences will follow in the soap opera of livi. You should stop moaning and be thankful you still have a club. -

Armand 2
I've heard various people suggest Gallagher's sentence is harsh. Serving 18 months and being released depending on good behaviour is a f*cking lottery win for someone who melted another with a baseball bat numerous times (allegedly).
offside278
How can two men get three years for hitting a man twice on the head with a baseball bat? Did they take turns ? It seems to me the court passed judgement without all reasonable doubt as to who was guilty. The judge also said their was mitigating circumstances otherwise the sentence would have been much longer. Some strange going on with this case it would appear. Considering McGowan is on a tag for assaulting police officers it seems harsh on Gallagher.
