Zen Archer (Raconteur)
Chinese by a country mile. Indian is the most overrated food ever. Goan, Goan, Goan.
welshbairn
Your bog standard Scottish/Bangladeshi "Indian" is indeed shite and massively over priced. Last time I had a decent curry was in Manchester and it cost £3.
Mr_Magoo
Just a wee update about my hot water, phoned the letting agent first thing thursday morning and had a chat with them, mentioned citizens advice and rent reduction. Low and behold within 2 hours had a plumber on the phone telling me he was coming that afternoon. Part ordered and was fitted today, happy days. Thanks for the help chaps
SweeperDee
This is excellent advice and two excellent choices. DD you are a connoisseur of takeaway cuisine. Very seldom have them nowadays; only on my cheat days and even then it's without the fried/pilau rice and instead with wholemeal rice I boil myself. But, the choices that I outlined are absolutely fabulous. Also depending on the Chinese takeaway, the sweet and sour shredded chicken can also be a fantastic choice. In terms of alternative Indian food, a Karachi can also be a nice change. Or, if you fancy something dangerous, a phaal.

Karpaty
Eoin being Owen, Eoghain being Euan. Quite often a Scots v Irish Gaelic thing, to the best of my knowledge. Always wondered if Eoin Jess (think everyone said Ee-on) was actually just an Owen. Where Iain comes into it is a pain, although that's defo a Scots Gaelic name. Should technically sound more like 'ee-eye-n', but nobody's going to say that this side of the Minch. On a side note, I always like when English interviewers say 'Hay-ah' when referring to De Gea, only for van Gaal to reply using the hardcore Dutch pronounciation. Pretty sure he purposely does it out of principle. Soft English accents are useless at most pronounciations of course. Can't even pronounce R's FFS. Andy Townsend is the worst for this usually but the bloke on Monday night at West Brom was giving it "Vancewa Kumpany". Fannies. 19QOS19
Oh well. I was sitting behind a cop car just there and two guys were on a quad bike going around the roundabout without a helmet. Was surprised they weren't followed.

Redhead81
Gets really interesting when she shares her preference, strawberry or chocolate... I didn't mean it as a euphemism, I just have questionable eating habits! As for flavour tho, I am a butterscotch fan..
