renton
Aye well, clocks go back this weekend, so pretty standard that the wheels fall off...
Paco
I had a look at last season's stats. After ten games we had 18 points, compared to 17 points this time. So much of a muchness. Ray's play-off machine were about to embark on a run of one win in 12 league matches. Immediately after the clocks went back. Can it be that bad again?
Broken Algorithms
Already got the Hibs fans at work telling me when the clocks are going back. It's a gutter we're losing Barr, especially right before the derby. He's the type of player who really relishes these games. However, Johnstone looked decent on Saturday with an assured performance and we have Coustrain and Osei can potentially come in as mentioned.
Michael W
McKinnon's team did indeed typify the classic boom/bust cycle of Raith teams since promotion. Though the season as it went can't bring complaints, it was still incredibly frustrating to have that happen yet again. I suppose the problem is really the worry we don't have the uplift again around March, which usually rescues the season. Hopefully Locke can reverse the end of British Summer Time slump. We can then call him Gary CLocke. Best beat Queens on Saturday just to be on the safe side, though. grumswall
Is it just a mentality at starks, or are we doing something wrong in training through these months that it seems to be such an issue? My memory's shit but did mcglynn have this issue when he won promotion/ had us challenging for promotion?
CALDERON
Mcglynn had it the first season we went up, and the season we almost went down. Murray had it too after going into November as league challengers, and leaving March as relegation potential. No idea what it is. Maybe its an already miserable support becoming more miserable in the winter months?

Scary Bear
Maybe we could get Mario to put Prozac in the tea. We could try and get back the members of our support who like taking recreational drugs. Maybe acid in the tea as well? Every game will be brilliant.

Michael W
A real pity. None of our defenders can get injured or suspended now, none at all.
Scottydog
Can we recall Bates? It'd mean losing Thomson but given that we have so many midfielders and so few defenders it'd be a worthy option.

Bates isn't an improvement on Davo at RB, trust me.
Scottydog
Aye granted, but if we lose a CD anytime soon we're in soapy bubble. Maybe that's why McKay was recalled?

He was recalled because Montrose thought it appropriate that he would gather skelves rather than play, however, he was decent on Wednesday night, but still requires a lot of guidance, that said, with Bene bawling in his ear would be helpful.

Broken Algorithms
While it's great news that they're both getting there, I'd imagine that it'll likely be new year before they're starting given they'll need pretty much a full 'preseason' to get them up to speed.
