kev23
Force Hendry to do well? He’s been by far our best player this season by some distance. I also don’t think he’ll play another minute for us this season. He never said he hadn't played well. You're just misquoting.

With our injuries, some extra cash will be useful. Shame on those who wouldn't spare a £1 or £2 each time. Your attitude is pretty rotten, and actually puts folk off putting their hand in their pocket. I didn't buy it for a number of reasons. But I contribute to the Raith Supporter Fund, The Trust, Sponsor a Player, bought a Season Ticket, and do the 50/50 every week. But you are right. Shame on me., Go f*** yourself.
WSDR 88
Anyone heard anything about Regan's scan? I'm consigning myself to it being shite news already so it's not as sore when it gets announced. Might feel a wee bit knee jerk but if he's out for anything longer than 2-3 months we are up shit creek. I’m in the same boat, I read that injury update as he had done his knee in, so out for 6months at least which is the season/play offs. If he is out for that length of time, we are gubbed, can’t afford both him & Vaughan out for that length of time. I know our squad has quality in depth but they 2 are a level above anything else we have in they positions. Great to read GAndo is back fit though, feel as though if he was fit for the Clyde game, we may have got the win. Anyway the clocks have went back so that’s us f#cked until February anyway. Can’t wait to watch horrible draws in the freezing winter. We love you Rovers [emoji170][emoji836]️
TxRover
I read the update as something feels wrong to Regan, but nothing is absolutely clear via physical exam. The scan and consult will clarify exactly what occurred, and could be one to twelve months.

When is the scan/consultation and when will results be disclosed? P.S The fact it could be as little as one month (but will likely be 12) is that little glimmer of hope that truly kills you!

Without having a tin foil hat on, if it was good news from the scan you'd have thought they'd have wanted to say something early doors today.
Rovers_Lad
Fair comment BF but my thinking is that they dont have the result of the scan or consultant surgeons analysis that theres no info out yet

Raithie
And allegedly it’s to be a replica of the cup final top.

Close. What I intended to covey is that the consultation that is already scheduled BEFORE the scan results are in, but that takes place with those results available, is generally a result of one of two things: 1) Near certainty that a major injury has occurred, generally caused by the results of a physical exam. 2) Concern about the knee, and a desire to have a specialist look over the results to clarify the exact nature of the knee issue or weakness and to valid the nature of the current injury. In the case of number one, I would have expected Hendry to be off the knee immediately for fear of additional damage due to the basic supporting structure having been compromised. In the case of number two, the initial physical examinations likely would not have shown the movement that would confirm a torn support element within the knee, and the scan was likely put off a few days to allow the swelling and inflammation to reduce to improve the quality of the imagery obtained. the Raith press release wasn’t definitive as to a serious injury, which causes me to shade toward number two. Ro Sham Bo
Hendry's injury is the other knee this time and it's a different injury. Still described as serious and a lengthy spell on the sidelines is expected.

As none of that is mentioned in the injury statement released by the club. If It’s in an online newspaper article, can you share the link for read. Cheers in advance.

Other than clearing up that it's his other knee, there isn't much more information than we already had.
Chinatoon Bairn
Have you got a decent enough replacement for him if it is a long injury?
