That's not a flaky pastry bridie, is it? Short crust, Mixu, short crust.

Bottom right looks brilliant what's the filling?

I had a shortcrust bridie from a wee bakery, down the road from Station Park last season, it was the size of a decent sized ladies' handbag.

Was still eating it by the time I got into the wee social club, next to the main stand.

Memorable

Saw a recipe for banana loaf using oats when the supermarkets were out of flour.  Thought I’d give it a go.

It takes 4 minutes to bake in the microwave.  It tasted quite good for a first effort.

It tastes better than it looks.

In all honesty it couldn’t taste worse than it looks.

I'll take your word for it Granny, had some butterflied chicken breasts tonight, on the bbq, some cous cous, salad & tortilla wraps.

Chorizo, black pudding and queen scallops.  With crusty bread and cava.

An incredible combination of flavours and textures.  The oil from the chorizo drizzled over adds to the overall experience.

Certainly an improvement on your polystyrene porridge cake from earlier

Thank you
