Mak Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 (edited) Today I had: Porridge with half a banana, blueberries and honey Two oatcakes with mustard and tomato 300ml almond milk, half a banana, a scoop of banana flavoured whey protein, two tablespoonfuls of natural peanut butter and a tablespoonful of flaxseed powder blended together as a smoothie Fat free Greek yoghurt with cherries Chicken breast marinated in sweet chilli sauce with oven roasted sweet potato, carrot, courgette and onion I'll be having cottage cheese with sugar snap peas and cucumber later on. OM NOM NOM. Edit: deesideringer, do you really think that starving yourself is a good way to lose fat? Anyway, i had a half-pizza supper with salt and sauce, washed down with an ice-cold tin of barr's cream soda. Lovely jubbly. I can lose 6 pounds in a day. I lost 20 pounds in four days before (in the hospital) and it's stayed off. It's not a dangerous thing to lose that amount of weight provided he is getting the required nutrients. I've dropped from 13stone 1 to 12 stone 1 in the first 22 days of the year. I've just got another 8 pounds to go until I win the bet. I'm planning not eating on the 30th and 31st before the weigh in.
