I'm not a big fan of burgers but I've just done some home made spicy burgers. Fanfuckintastic.

Spring onions(very finely chopped)

Mince( Lean, I got the butcher to run it through the machine again)

Garlic(finely chopped)

Coriander(ground)

Coriander (chopped fresh)

Cumin(ground)

Beaten egg

Mix all these together and make into 5-6 burgers, leave in fridge for an hour then fry.

Had them in pitta bread with fried onions, roast peppers, sweet chilli sauce, cucumber.

That sounds fucking amazing!!!!!!

I had pizza tonight, boring as f**k

They used to be great last season, they've changed them though.

I was tempted to try a lamb one. They were meant to be nice.

Do I sense that you are not in agreement?

Yes! Oreos should be the President of the USA.

I'm about to have a bowl of cereal, but first I want to share something I had on Sunday for brunch:

post-269-1250090535_thumb.jpg

It comprises two pan-fried crabcakes each topped with a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce; some home fries (onto which I put some Louisiana hot sauce); and a bit of fruit on the side. It was from a 'sophisticated soul food' cafe in Seattle and it was absolutely delicious.

Lol, might get one of them on Saturday v County.

Had a slice of pizza from Papa Johns today.

It had meatballs, goat's cheese, special salami of some sort of spicy pork and chicken. It was brilliant!
