Fanfuckintastic.Spring onions(very finely chopped) Mince( Lean, I got the butcher to run it through the machine again) Garlic(finely chopped) Coriander(ground) Coriander (chopped fresh) Cumin(ground) Beaten egg Mix all these together and make into 5-6 burgers, leave in fridge for an hour then fry. Had them in pitta bread with fried onions, roast peppers, sweet chilli sauce, cucumber. That sounds fucking amazing!!!!!! Had a slice of pizza from Papa Johns today. It had meatballs, goat's cheese, special salami of some sort of spicy pork and chicken. It was brilliant!
