I never caught the squad, but id go something like :-

Douglas

Pressley Dailly Wilkie

Mcnamara Lambert Naysmith

Miller Hutchison

with:- Thompson, Webster, Mcfadden, Ross, Kerr, Mccann, any keeper on the bench. (as i say i dont know the full squad for the friendly, but something along those lines for the proper games would be my team, as long as the players are in form/ getting games and fit.)

Has to be 5-3-2 as Naysmith is our only left sided player of quality.

Douglas

Pressley

Wilkie

Webster

Ross

Naysmith

Sheerin

Ferguson

Fletcher

Hutchison

McFadden

Subs: Miller, GK (not Gallacher or Alexander or Sullivan), Teale, Crawford, Cameron, Anderson

with McNaughton brought in if he starts playing again.

Playing a new 4-4-2, i'd have a go with Douglas in goal, back four of Mo Ross, Pressley, Dailly and Callum Davidson (Leicester), midfield of Cameron, Lambert Ferguson and Naysmith, with Miler and McFadden up front (the only two forwards we have who have a wee bit of the three things all forwards should have - an eye for goal, a bit of flair and a disregard for reputataions of defenders).

Has anyone here actually seen McFadden play?? I saw him 4 times last season and he's an overrated petulant wee ned. Until he grows up there's no way he should be anywhere near a Scotland jersey.
