Yeah the slices aren't the same size either.

It's quite an effeminate loaf. I'd have thought Jamaldo would have gone for a more substantial bread, given the hardy northern location. I find it goes quite crispy so tend to use it for scrambled eggs on toast. It's my wife's loaf of choice.

It's a fifteen minute walk to the nearest shop. I don't particularly feel inclined to go on a half-hour round trip for a bottle of milk when I've got perfectly drinkable milk in the fridge.

Good excuse to play some Pokémon Go.

Late to the party here. I normally throw stuff out if it says it's past its date. I'm only following instructions. Today I chucked out some potatoes (14th July), sweetcorn (15th) and fresh tomato and garlic pasta sauce (14th) but they all looked fine. I have some potatoes and mange tout with no dates on them. I don't know what I'm going to do.

Myself and my Brazillian roommate were trying to explain what pavlova was to our Estonian roommate and this eventually led to me googling pavlova and reading out pavlova facts. His response to finding out that Pavlova is named after a Russian ballet dancer was 'ahh yes, Maria Sharapavlova'.

It's probably the most stupid yet inspired statement I've ever heard.

Probably the anniversary of the Umayyad conquest of Hispania in 711.

I get that all the time. I'll send you a reminder on 18 July next year.

Nah you'll be too busy working.

Just kidding.
