I strained a muscle in my neck / right shoulder at the weekend from simply looking behind me. Wasn't all that sore at the time but had upgraded itself to fucking gowping by the next morning and restricted my movement so much that I couldn't wipe my arse with my tissued right hand and was forced to swap to the left.
