Sent my nephews in Nova Scotia a postcard from Lisbon (they like getting those) using an airmail stamp at the start of April.  It arrived today.

How did they send it? Attached to a bird that migrates to Africa?

It went by Ryanair. Canadian Post had to pick it up from Ryanair Nova Scotia (Quito) Airport.

It will have gone by surface mail (ship). Some Portuguese Postman Pat will have shoved it in the wrong bag.

I got two letters from the UK just this week - one dated 27 March and the other 4th April.  Maybe the same bird.

Open the letters and read them - then you'll know if the same bird wrote them.

To be honest, most of the birds I know struggle to write their names never mind a letter.

Sitting in Edinburgh airport and there’s just been a boarding call for a flight to New York.  Asking anyone requiring assistance to go forward, also ‘US military personnel, and thank you for your service.’

f**king strange people.
