I haven't but it's no surprise. I think I watched an interview where Coogan said that while Partrige wasn't based on anybody in particular and took many characteristics for various personalities Madeley was the TV personality Coogan took the most from. My mate works for a post production company in London and has meet Coogan a few times. Sound guy apparently.
