Thanks. Saves me the bother. I like spicy, garlicky tomato sauces so in my version of huevos rancheros I leave out the eggs, buy good-quality chipolatas from the local butcher, slice the skin off, roll them up in to balls and drop them in to the sauce and let them cook. Bola de salchichas rancheros (as I've now dubbed it) is vastly superior.

At least you have confessed to your liking of ranchers, who is your favourite? Ben, Adam, Hoss or Joe?

Not quite...just ranchers' sausage balls.

throbber
Have you managed to get a job? Or is it a placement? It's a summer job - graduating next year but hoping to be able to get maybe two days a week work when back at uni so don't need to take out a student loan. Got quite idle when at uni as one does!

Got quite idle when at uni as one does! Turning up for your Summer Job hungover isn't cool m8. The shop will find someone else to deliver their newspapers if you aren't careful. How much do you need to earn before you start to payback a student loan nowadays? £15k?

How much do you need to earn before you start to payback a student loan nowadays? £15k? I'm not bothered about this company anyway it's pretty shite, had I focused more time on sorting decent employment out for myself and less time noising people up on here i could be in a far better position! Its earnings over 16 k so you pay 9% of what you earn over that threshold. Managed to get through first year without one but have had a loan for 2 and 3rd year, it's not that much hard work at uni so could definitely fit a couple days work in a week only wish I had done this sooner as can't be bothered being in debt.
Bobby Skidmarks
Are you worried your girlfriend will tire of supporting you and run off with that guy from her office that she "hates"?
throbber
No - she is insisting we go on a health kick though as she was out Thursday and Friday night and we had a few drinks Saturday and Sunday. I feel the same just now but come 5 I clock I will probably want more beer. Wanting to get a bit healthier before we go on holiday in September. She may well still leave me but not for the guy at her work!

A sober weekend and a Monday presents no issues. Disagree, I didn't touch a drop and I'm sitting here on the verge of tears. Just as well I don't actually need to do any work. Edit - That c**t Bob Geldof hasn't improved my mood any. Edited August 1, 2016 by gavin_3110
jagfox
I think Geldof is actually more of a c**t than Bono Vox. At least he has an obvious 'Jesus Complex' for his behaviours.
