Guest
I have always thought it a seriously uncomfortable process to wish a fellow male “Happy Birthday” verbally, and to do so in writing is absolutely verboten (other than brothers). To do so in writing AND with party themed emojis is crossing too many lines for me to rationally deal with. Please SPFL TWEET person, be a female. Guest
Amazingly, and despite our wee squad, it’s still possible to get more than half of the team wrong, and when you add in permutations of positions, then anybody that gets this right is truly inside Hartley’s Head in a very spooky way.

If he goes 442 I’d agree with that. Although he may swap Muirhead & McGhee.

I hope he does, as none of the options are overly comfortable at wing back as far as I can see, and we have enough midfield/forwards that can give us width. Just need another striker to rotate Lewis with.

DeeBairn
Can I just say I really hope we don't play with a back five this year? We did it last year as our midfield was paper thin. This year, a back four with two holding midfielders in front will be fine, etting us play attacking wide players with overlapping fullback play when they can. But, and this is the key, whatever the formation, the playing squad has improved with the exception of the striker department.
AGPar
Kidd is not a right-back. Back-up midfielder should be the extent of his involvement. We have, or had as of last week, full-backs on trial so they might be given the chance in some of the friendlies. We have no wingers at all, so four at the back is not an option.
