We’ve got to get Max into the team from the start, he’s to good to be on the bench. Hendo and McGinn have been excellent but he’s currently a better player than both of them.

We’ve now become a team that wears out our opponents and then we come alive on 60 mins when the subs come on

This is the best team we’ve had since 15/16 IMO. Once we get going our football is a pure joy. I love this team, love the manager and finally after years love going to the games again! It will be a travesty if we don’t get promoted this year, just like it was back in 15/16 when we lost to Killie! Bring on Tuesday.

51 minutes we waited to raise the roof for Hilly & once we did, we didn’t look back. Fans & Team as one - Bring on that lot on Tuesday.

Over 2,000 Bairns have bought already, let’s get the last of these tickets sold.

PS Is it Tuesday yet?

Horses for courses. Hendo and McGinn will win the battles in midfield. I think they need to start on Tuesday.

Max is a great option off the bench.

We’re flying. Only fly in the ointment is that this game is surely 50/50 to go ahead on Tuesday given the forecast.

Not that I’m worried if it gets delayed again as we just seem to be getting better every week.

’mon the Bairns.

It just shows the depth of our squad that we can bring players off the bench who can make a real difference. Young Max oozes absolute fecking class and even the much maligned McGuffie is now bringing something to the party. For the first time in a long time there is virtually no one in our squad that I don’t like.

Who don’t you like?

Being selfish a postponement would suit me fine as I would maybe have a chance of making the rearranged game, but I would bite your hand off for a victory on Tuesday even with me missing it.

It might be a slightly odd thing to say, but this is the first Falkirk team in years where I actually really like a huge number of the players. What a difference to have a team that plays for the badge and actually looks as though they care. Massive game on Tuesday and let’s hope we can do it. I trust this team to be up for it.

Forecast looking better than it was. Looks like no snow now until late next week, however still minus temperatures on Monday night. Hopefully it'll thaw on Tuesday and if required the USH will be used if working. I can only assume they've had it fixed. North West stand sold out, Norrie end has about 300 seats left, Main Stand nearing a sell out and Falkirk sales really good too so praying we've got the USH raring to go so that this goes ahead.

Just seen a few kids trying to celebrate at the advertising board and get photos of the team celebrating, one steward tried to push them back from there, with a second coming to join a few seconds later.

Wtf is wrong with these rent-a-polis cretins?  They were literally kids, trying to enjoy a goal and make memories, there was no danger of a pitch invasion or anything untoward - how dare these kids try to celebrate and have fun!

Yep saw that - stewards are like traffic wardens - a wee bit of power and they think they are it - they, however, command no respect at all - absolute idiots.

Come on Tuesday. Huge game for both clubs, both winning, and both capable of result.

I genuinely believe we'll beat Falkirk, if we keep it tight at the back.

We're capable of good football. However, our inability to convert chances into goals is our obvious weakness.

The Stewards are a bit short on emotional intelligence tbf. There's a reason they're putting up with fitbaw fans for 20 bob an hour.

Great time to be a Bairn

I was in the south stand today and watched mcguffie apply great skill to score that goal . I was also behind the goal many years ago when god scored from the half way line. To be honest I never thought it could be bettered but I think mcguffie may well have pulled it off. I need to see it again on falkirk TV but he had less time , had a smaller area of the goal to hit and took the ball first time at waist height. Absolutely superb

They had no reason to behave the way they did Jimmy - it was right in front of us - nobody was doing anything wrong t.b.h. - were they trying to justify why they were there I wonder ?!   They had absolutely nothing to do all game !   (Maybe one word too many there Jimmy - miss out the word emotional....)

Looking forward to Tuesday night now.

If you look at both teams form then Falkirk have gained 2 points on us since the beginning of December.

We are still unbeaten at home and have conceded less goals all season than Falkirk have conceded away from home...

Yes Falkirk are playing well but so are we....McPake got it spot on last game at Grangemouth Stadium....

Falkirk need a win, we don't...a win for us would just about see us over the line but Jesus Falkirk are definitely playing well.

Hopefully game is on and looks to be a cracking crowd.

May the best team win 👍👍

It's unlikely to be an open, end to end game. McPake will set us out to be initially defensive and hit Falkirk on the break.

He'll use width, he's not hung up on set formations, and has proven he can change a game at any time with decisions made regarding substitutions.

Hard fought game with the Pars prevailing, with a narrow win.
