They look tight defensively but will drop points with plenty draws I think

Dowds now out for the season with an ACL I agree I think Livvi could be the main threat, however, having seen us play and most of the competition I think this league is absolutely there for the taking this season. A lot of it will be down to who is lucky with injuries. I hope we've kept some of the League Cup money back for the January window too just in case. All very positive and couldn't have gone better so far.

Agree, and if we can keep up the form we won’t be far away, however with the reported funding that Livi are receiving, this could be the difference in getting that one or two very decent loans and/or a successful transfer window when it opens. One thing for sure it’s settling into a cracker of a league

That can only be good for the league and the fans with every game a must win.
Cheeringmango
How do we see 'allocated seating' panning out tomorrow? Personally away games are sit where you want rules but with a sold out allocation and restricted vs unrestricted...

Bairnardo
Just noticed the Club advising that aswell as "get to the stadium early to avoid being delayed getting in" (why?) There's also a 15 minute hold back.... for Falkirk fans.... When will Scottish football address the fact that these f**king animals can't behave themselves?

Bairnardo
1 minute ago, Bairn in Exile said: Never. Yeah, slightly rhetorical. I know you're right. How f**king tragic is it though that a couple of thousand fans of a Diddy club can't go there without threat of hassle. Or that one of Scottish Footballs biggest talking points is the squabble they're having about away fans and the installation of nets etc and nobody is saying hold on, why aren't we addressing the thuggish scum that make it unsafe for other people to be there. Its genuinely wild.

However, UEFA encourage it to be split amongst top tier clubs. This might change to top two tiers. From the uefa site: Each league and/or member association determines how our solidarity payments are distributed to clubs in their top domestic division and, in some cases, the next division down. However, we oblige clubs to use the money for investment in development initiatives.

Anything that boosts our chances is a bonus. There are only 4 teams IMO, even this early, with any chance of winning this league. Us, Ayr, Partick and Livingston. If we were to win our two games in hand over Ayr we would be at least 6 points clear of Ayr and 7 in front of Livingston and 10 in front of Partick. Just need to keep winning
