forzamorton
The signing of O'Connor has been imminent. We've been waiting on international clearance before announcing the deal. He should be available for Saturday's trip to Dumbarton.
jagfox
It wasn't funny the first time you said something along them lines. (no pun intended ) Riordan won't be at Morton. That's a bit of a Blow

jagfox
As long as you find yourself funny, JagFox ...Nah, I'm just a bit surprised Morton are going for this type of waster. Surely Dene Shiels would be a better option?Novo's signing seemed desperate. O'Connor's seems off the scale.

Anyone know when he last played a game?
Zen Archer (Raconteur)
A last desperate attempt to avoid the drop. Anyone know when he last played a game? Wiki says he played 6 games for the Wombles. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garry_O%27Connor
SuperTon
A last desperate attempt to avoid the drop. Anyone know when he last played a game? He played in a bounce match last night against St.Mirren. Before then I don't have a clue.

He's played in Bounce matches for Morton, Alloa and Dumbarton as well as Bury earlier this season.

Pride of Fife
I'd much rather thistle come back down than county, I actually like away supports at cappielow). Rock bottom yet planning for life in Championship next season already. Great feeling of confidence at Cappielow it seems!
vikingTON
O'Connor and Riorden? How can Morton afford this? Have they struck a sponsorship deal with Coke or something? We'll sign who we want champ. The thread's perma-seethers are already jittery at the progress of the Shiels Revolution, and the transfer window hasn't even opened yet. Pleasing. -

If you find anything pleasing this season then theres pills for that. Or stop taking the ones that offer an alternative reality.

Or stop taking the ones that offer an alternative reality. The thread is mostly open for the 'benefit' of roasters trying and failing to vent their permanent outrage about Scottish football's Box Office side. Which is why it attracted many Queen of the South fans shortly before they departed for the seaside leagues, and now Partick fans desperately rummaging around the back of the sofa to find someone, anyone on a more rancid run than themselves. We've actually won at home and have pumped Celtic though, so no dice. -

Nae luck.
vikingTON
I have no issue believing that the residents of Maryhill scrounge the street for coppers tbh.

The hubris resurfaces with the Kenny Shiels Light Brigade....where ya been during the past few months? You were behind the sofa, weren't ye? RandomGuy.
Incredibly, it looks like David Robertsons going to be your best signing this window
