Also, Haudit & Daudit had something in that stuff they sent to creditors about the SFA/SPL being able to pay other football clubs sums due but not sums due at a future date - can someone smarter than me work out if that means Hearts are shafted for payments due on Lee Wallace at future dates? Does that make Hearts an unsecured creditor who will be FA for their player?

Nah, reckon it's either the sub Michel Kelly's granda gave them in the 1920's or the damage the orc's did to the Parkheid toilets last time they were there.

killingfloorman
Among the many things rapeepul value most is tradishun tradition [truh-dish-uhn] Origin tra·di·tion [truh-dish-uhn] noun 1. the handing down of statements, beliefs, legends, customs, information, etc., from generation to generation, especially by word of mouth or by practice: a story that has come down to us by popular tradition. 2. something that is handed down: the traditions of the Eskimos. 3. a long-established or inherited way of thinking or acting: The rebellious students wanted to break with tradition. 4. a continuing pattern of culture beliefs or practices. 5. a customary or characteristic method or manner: The winner took a victory lap in the usual track tradition. So are we to assume that being cheating thieving busturds has been prevalent throughout the last 140 years?

Granny Danger
Will he turn up? Why should he. As has been stated before there is a misunderstanding of the SFA powers. They can possibly stop someone being involved in the running of a club but have no powers regarding ownership. Craig Whyte will not be involved in the running of this Rangers, a newco Rangers or any other club in Scotland again. So he doesn't turn up and they fine Rangers, can't see Craigey boy being too upset. Can't see the SFA getting more than 10p in the pound on their fine. I think it would be a wonderful gesture if he tells them to get to f**k.

They can prevent him gaining access to the various SFA/SPL/whatever meetings and maybe fine the club a pitifully low (and impotent) amount of money. But they can't stop him being a director. The SFA know it and he knows it.
