Diamonds are Forever
They'll keep them going to the end of the season - its what happens then that will be interesting as the player contracts revert back to the initial administration level and some of them have low cost exit clauses inserted plus there will be no income - who would be daft enough to buy a season ticket for something that may not exisit by the end of June. They are fecked come the morning after the 38th league game of the season. Where will they get the money to keep them going though? Gretna were kept going, but the cost of keeping them going will be nothing to the running costs of Rangers surely?

DensDerry80
Well there's another surprise... Doesn't seem so silly now not giving Rangers tickets for the Saints game. they can put them in the Hampden museum.
killingfloorman
Ng drops out...as all the others have before him. All the 'prospective bidders' seem shocked that creditors seem to want paying It's as if H&D told them, step right up, gies a penny and it's all yours. Mibbe they did?
Northsea80
http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=217375 meltdown with someone posting various duff and phelps phone numbers and email addresses. Apparently liquidation won't be accepted by the Rangers support, begs the question what can they do to stop it! Also posting these numbers and emails is only going to have Duff and Phelps wasting more time and resources managing calls and emails and most likely charging Rangers even more for their time.
alimci
From the BBC Ng added that he may revive his bid for the club, should administrators fail to reach any agreement with other interested parties. Just walk away... What is with all these bidders and their "we might come back" crap? Don't they know? Will the Germans be back by this time tomorrow for their turn at being the lead bidder?

I can't think of anything more likely to hasten the day when Haudit and Daudit decide Rangers are more trouble than they're worth if they tried. Keep it up gentlemen, sterling work!

Chuckinho
Can you imagine a bidder trying to get through and the line is busy with someone having a whinge - the one that got away. This is getting mildly juicy...

welshbairn
I think it behoves us all to follow the instructions below and let Duffman know what a sterling job he's doing.. Call each number below, politely ask to speak to the relevant person and ask them straightforward questions. Why is Duff & Phelps deliberately holding up the sale of RFC? Several bidders say Duff & Phelps are causing problems. Why are the bidders saying this? Are they aware that liquidation of RFC will make things very difficult for their own business? 020 7715 6711 - Switchboard 020 7487 7240 - Paul Clark, Managing Director 020 7487 7240 - Andrew Stoneman, Managing Director 020 7715 6711 - Paul Teuten, Managing Director 020 7487 7297 - Benjamin Wiles, Managing Director 020 7487 7240 - Paul Williams, Managing Director 020 7715 6711 - James Wood, Managing Director 020 7487 7240 - Matt Bond, Managing Director 020 7487 7240 - Jason Godefroy, Managing Director 020 7715 6736 - Simon Greaves, Managing Director 020 7715 6711 - Mathias Schumacher, Managing Director 020 7487 7240 - Geoff Bouchier, Managing Director Call each one.
