Gibby82
We've all been had, lads. This whole omnishambles has actually been a cunning ploy by Murray/Whyte/Green/that porn star/Joanna Lumley to engineer a move to England. It'll be red faces all around for us when 'Ra Peepul are playing in the English Premier League in three years. The boys from Rangers Media will be having a right good laugh at us and our wee diddy tarrier league, no doubt. Florentine_Pogen
From RTC Blog Comments :- Folks, just to make you aware that the author of the story in the Mirror is one Alan Nixon. This is significant because he is a former shareholder in Proactive Sports and a good mate of Paul Stretford, who is of course an alleged mate of Charlie Greene and potential investor in his consortium. Mr Nixon is very well known in English football circles and as the link to Bury and CG would suggest, operates in NW England. Another fairly shady character it would seem, Jack’s Lancastrian cousin? A cheeky little conflict of interest story: http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2004/sep/03/theindependent.pressandpublishing
Hedgecutter
If Gretna moved from the Northern Premier League to the SFL and then worked their way up, why couldn't it work the other way around? Story's still a load of shite though.
chrismcarab
The SFA, SPL and SFL should make this the number one condition of entry to SFL 3....... Strike a dispensation deal with the FA to allow Club12 to spend their one year suspension from the Scottish game as Buried Rangers. Gives them some kind of income without poisoning the Scottish game and will forever blow away the myth that they can compete in England when they get pumped every game, whilst alienating the whole of English football at the same time. Once the year ban is up, they still have to apply to SFL 3 for the 2013-14 season. I know it won't happen, but its a win win for me!!
Tio Pepe
Rangers moving to England  Rangers are deceased. If this nonsense came to pass it would be Bury remaining in England but playing their home matches in Glasgow.
Fife Saint
If Gretna moved from the Northern Premier League to the SFL and then worked their way up, why couldn't it work the other way around? Story's still a load of shite though. Maybe a senior league statute.
Invalid Probe
If Gretna moved from the Northern Premier League to the SFL and then worked their way up, why couldn't it work the other way around? Story's still a load of shite though. Gretna is in Scotland. Even if Rangers went south they wouldn't be allowed to play in europe.

Gaz FFC
Given England didn't want our trash when they were mildly attractive, why would England want our trash on the back of all the shit that has been slung Rangers' way recently? Can't believe i am entertaining this story

rustyarabnuts
Not been on much in the last few days. What the fcuk is this shite? http://www.dailymail...o=feeds-newsxml 'We had a very productive meeting,' said Longmuir last night. 'We're right in the middle of discussing all the options at the moment and (Rangers dropping into the First Division) is part of it. 'There are other options available, but we're just trying to do what is best for Scottish football. The bold part looks like its been inserted by the journo, can it be possible that piece was NOT said by Longmuir, who was ,earlier this week, quite voiciferous about Rankers entering at 3rd division
Gaz FFC
Not been on much in the last few days. What the fcuk is this shite? http://www.dailymail...o=feeds-newsxml Do the SFA/SPL/tabloids not realise that the fans will be outraged by any cushy deal the governing bodies strike for best pal Rangers and that will kill the game far quicker than Rangers getting a red card. It's as if Rangers have been found guilty of a silly wee mistake and not a massive fiddle. Their are 40 clubs that would be consigned to history if they even did half of what Rangers done. This stinks to high heaven and i hope to god the authorities are not trying to strike a deal, they are meant to be neutral and govern the game FFS
