Broccoli Dog
According to the title deeds lodge with the Registry of Scotland, the floating charge transferred to previous owner Craig Whyte is still outstanding over the Murray Park training ground in Auchenhowie Road, Milngavie. The standard security to the Scottish Sports Council over the facility, created in 2002, is also still active according to the registry. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, So the £27m FC followed the assets and neatly takes CW out of the liquidation picture away from HMRC and in a position to trade off any rental of Ibrox and MP against the £27m Ticketus debt Meaning Any buyer of the club is faced with repaying Ticketus £27m unless he is prepared to give CW at least £30m for the assets --------------------------------------------------------------- Can anyone explain this post from RTC in workies English ? Basically this is Craig Whyte right now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ayO1wtXbh_Q
Sergeant Wilson
Why hasn't Green applied to have the SFA membership transferred yet? Is it because he has no intention of entering a team in any division?

But I'm also now utterly confused. When I'm on here next, hopefully someone has worked it out and explained it for us simpletons!

thehoss
So for rangers to play in Div 1,2 or 3 they need the yes or no from only the division they apply for? or is it for all the SFL teams to agree/disagree to?
scottxs
If they only have until Friday to apply for SFA membership, what time on Friday are we talking about? Close of office hours or midnight? wunfellaff
Anybody with a spare OrcTalk a/c willing to sacrifice it to start a thread saying all those who have rejected transfering to newcorpse only did it 'cos they are going to sign for newcorpse2 and thus the peeeple are saved?
Kyle
So for rangers to play in Div 1,2 or 3 they need the yes or no from only the division they apply for? or is it for all the SFL teams to agree/disagree to? SPL it's an 8-4 majority required to gain entry. If they apply for SFL1 (as has been muted by all apart from Rangers, seemingly) they require a majority 23-30 to agree. For admission to the SFL, they need a simple majority.

kiddy
Ibrox and Murray Park hived off to 'separate' newco Sevco Scotland Limited has applied to the Registers of Scotland for the title deeds for the stadium and the training ground Murray Park, as well as the Albion car park, to be disposed to it.According to proposals sent out to creditors owed £124m by the club, the new business entity that would hold the assets of the club was Sevco 5088 Limited, established by London law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse, which is advising Mr Green’s consortium on the takeover. The relationship between the two Sevco companies is currently unclear, while Mr Green is also listed as the sole director of another business entity called RFC 2012 Limited, which was incorporated last Thursday, June 21.
hellbhoy
Poz I salute you sir. This is it in a nutshell. It is not only a footballing scenario. It is probably Scotland's best and maybe only way to rid our society of the cancer that is sectarianism. With no Rangers for the blue bigots to gather round and no Rangers for the green bigots to gather in opposition to, within a generation sectarianism in Scotland could be all but be eradicated. So come all ye chairmen out there be you SPL or SFL, we implore you ,grasp this nettle for good of our country. ^^^^^^ I agree with this completely.
Gaz
I literally haven't the foggiest what's going on now. Thought I was following it well enough until this morning but this whole talk of Whyte still holding the floating charge over the assets, Green setting up new companies and transferring Ibrox and Murray Park over to another company yet again has me completely bamboozled.
