Yes, he is, he "bought" the shares for £1 apparently from Jamie Moffat. He's been asked many times what it would cost to buy him out, he's so despised I doubt anyone would be prepared to offer any more than that £1 now. At least all us 'diddy clubs' care about football and not just the £££.
