There's numerous different ways of finding out the name of a company though... Am assuming he will have taken into account the SFA rules on share holdings along with the EUFA rulings on holding shares in other clubs. Allowed for the max of 3% (SFA) which gives the figure of £600,000. I've already told you the company name is Sevco 5088 ltd, the fact you decided to isolate my "Zombie Company" jibe and expand on it is quite weak. Can you show me evidence that I'm wrong out of interest? I could get documents showing the company name, assets and directors but i'd have to pay for it. Deal Is invalid under Scottish law but valid under English, so sevco registered then reregistered in different country...? Actually Lord Nimmo Smith and his colleagues made it clear that the club continues, just "owned and operated" (as they put it) by a different company. If so then is it not true that his entire judgment on such matters can be called into question? and those of the other matters he is supposed to be overseeing like the commission? That's his belief others won't agree with him, IE: HMRC and the BDO. I can keep on going and keep telling you that Rangers are finished and they are cheating bigoted b*****d of a club that owed every pound in the UK!
