To be fair, Neither Murray or Whyte promised to bring out an orange away kit

Charles Green had to work that little bit harder to win over hearts and minds though, his surname was a major obstacle.

Ah, that will explain despite having 500m fans worldwide, he takes trips to N.Ireland getting pictures taken with the "tangerine" top on

*Population of NI is only 1.7m fans, very much the minority overall for the fan base

To be fair, if there is a sale it automatically follows that there was a buy, one can't happen without the other.

ETA- What do you think the chances are that those 25k shares once belonged to the RST? ;)

Quite high ...... yeh a buy. Not an offer to buy. Big difference ;)

Since the BBC backed up thomos story that nobody has said anything and have refused to comment.?

CG has seemingly said that an amount had been agreed with an investor (5-7% of the original £2M), then the investor demanded more after the IPO, CG said no so the investor has now threatened legal action.

If this is going to court then the likelihood is that nobody will have anything to say as it may prejudice any case.

Will chuckie be selling season tickets for all these potential court appearances then ?

Green has been asked about various things by fans in Dubai and Perth, Australia over the past few days. When asked about the threatened winding-up petition in Perth he reportedly said something along these lines: "This issue is over an investment advisor who reckons he is owed more than the usual 5 to 7% because our flotation has been so successful. After negotiations there is an agreed amount to be paid".

So, could be somebody was pushing their luck, trying to get a bigger slice of the pie. We'll see. 8)

So long as you are happy BWM, and so long as the rest of the TRIFC fans are happy, what could possibly go wrong?

To enjoy all of this we diddies just need rumours, you lot must have twitchy erses every time you read a "Timmy" blog.

The rabid behaviour on this thread was highly amusing

I remember when Rangers' fans all bought the same line from Craig Whyte.

Truly a club rotten to the core............

How about (speculation alert): It was xk for the amount raised by the IPO, then when Chucky started spouting on about 22million raised, they came back in and said in that case if you really raised 22 million instead of X (fill your own number here) we want 400k?

So Chucky is left with either paying or admitting that he didn't raise 22 million?

If you're worried about prejudicing any court proceedings, you would tend to shut the f**k up. Charlie's not too good with the common sense, then, is he?

So it's gone from bullshit to maybe going to court ?
