Obviously, it's particularly absurd this time given that the unavailable internationals wouldn't have been available anyway. However, as a Rangers fan points out, there is nothing surprising here, because they've done this each time since the re-birth. The really big difference this time is that they're struggling in the League and in danger of not being in a position to win it.
