son of a bankie
Personally I think rangers have a good squad of players. They unfortunately have a manager who is inadequate to do the job. Stuart McCall is like a vulture hovering above Ally just waiting on one more poor result. Would love to hear mcculloch having a right go at the more experienced players.

Stuart McCall is like a vulture hovering above Ally just waiting on one more poor result. Would love to hear mcculloch having a right go at the more experienced players. Stuart McCall did a decent job at Motherwell then the pressure got to him and he quit. I am not so sure now the Rangers job and the added pressure that goes with that job is right for him. I heard on the radio on Saturday that McCoist is on more than twice what Pardew is getting at Newcastle United!! It is madness what he is being paid and i refuse to believe we can't get a far better manager in on a fraction of what he is being paid.
dirty dingus
The problem with Ally is he knows where the bodies are buried and probably held a shovel for the spivs. You can see he is a spoilt child when he doesn't get his way(see nearly every press conference) so I can see him getting a move sideways if they fall further behind rather than the sack which will mean more wages for a new coach coming in that you can't afford. Will Ally be willing to do the dirty on bessie mates Durrant and McDowell?
Ken Fitlike
why didn't anybody warn........ ....us that the whole Rangers bankruptcy debacle and the ensuing couple of years of Sevco Rangers was going to prove so uproariously hilarious....? and we have Tedi and Bennett etc claiming the most insignificant wee non-event ( as is in the ongoing Charlie Telfer fee negotiations) as a WATP Get It Up Youse victory of some sort......... Ally Must Stay etc...... Edited November 24, 2014 by Ken Fitlike -

AberdeenBud
His assistants are on more than Pardew. Surely not.
No8.
Surely not. If McCoist is on 800,000 and Kenny Clipboard and Ian Durrant are on 300,000 it must be about right
BinoBalls
Pardew's salary is reportedly around 450k but his overall compensation is heavily weighted towards performance. Ashley did that quite deliberately because he didn't like how much he had to pay previous failed managers just to sack them. Source: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2010/dec/09/alan-pardew-newcastle-united-contract I am quite certain Pardew takes home a hell of a lot more than (e.g.) Ian Durrant at the end of each season. Premiership managers are surely earning 1 million at least... That said, obviously the salary being paid to Durrant seems outrageously large. This is why I think Ashley will be good for Rangers though -- he wont entertain senseless spending. (Although I do accept that Rangers fans are entitled to be suspicious of him, given he bought the stadium naming rights for £1.)

Surely a man that get can convince people to sell something worth hundreds for just a quid is exactly what they need?
hellbhoy
Vicky red dotted this? What do you disapprove so much with what Dave has wrote that you thought it deserved a red dot? Vicky is not enjoying the journey I reckon Taza green dotted it. Johnny green dotted Taza.. HB green dotted all those posts and gave Benny a reddie for his cheek.

They also have the 100% promotion bonus which takes their earnings to around £600,000. £1.2 million pa for McCoists assts.!!
Wee Willie
Aye, like No8 pointed out, with bonuses it could well be above, legends at coining it in. hellbhoy
A transfer tribunal date for Charlie Telfer's move to Dundee United has been set for Tuesday, December 9. Let's hope the Sevco pen pushers have fucked up the paperwork and get nowt and they end up with the bill as well.
hellbhoy
Being your typical oF glory hunting B, I think I take defeats pretty well. Not when you post a backfiring link Tedi, and then go on to defend it until it all goes completely pear shaped for you when every other BRALT regular tries to reason with you that you in fact did make a boo boo in your underpants.
